Absolutely horrible service. My boyfriend and I ordered a pan pizza, cheesy bread and cinnamon twists at around 8:50pm, at around 9pm it said our order was out of the oven and being checked. Our driver did not leave the store until about 15 minutes later. It was at 10pm we realized our pizza should have arrived 30-40 minutes earlier since we live only about 20 minutes from the store. We gave it more time and then made the first call to the store. A man answered and said to give Patrick (our driver) another 20 minutes to deliver our food, if it had not arrived in 20 minutes, call once again. We called 20 minutes later when he still had not arrived and was answered by a female this time. My boyfriend was on the phone with her and she seemed to have an attitude, accusing him of lying about our order not being received. She said that someone had already signed the receipt when it was delivered 2 hours beforehand (which is impossible if it was only around 10:20 at the time of this call and we ordered at around 8:50, it had not even been 2 hours since the order was placed.) My boyfriend told her we had not received any food and she told him to hold on, and proceeded to put him on hold, a couple of minutes later, she hungup on him. He called back and the man answered and my boyfriend told the man that he was just hungup on and then was put on hold once again. About few minutes later, the female picked up the phone and told him that she would make us fresh food instead now and to just sign the receipt when the food was delivered. We donāt understand why she needed to clarify multiple times that she would just make us fresh food now instead of basically delivering the old pizza from hours ago. We believe that they just messed up the delivery and it was sent back with Patrick but they never sent it back out for delivery. It is now almost 11:30pm and we are still waiting on the food to be delivered from when it was remade at 10:30. It was absolutely unacceptable for the female to make claims to us saying we are lying about our food not being delivered, we have been waiting hours due to their mistake. And it took 3 phone calls to have them make us new food. We should have been eating at around 9:30 but now at almost 11:30 we are still waiting on our food. Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn 2/23/24, I placed an order at this Dominoās store. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The delivery driver brought only one of the three drinks I had purchased. When I informed him of the missing items, he responded rudely, suggesting that I go to the store and pick them up myself. Keep in mind that this order was for lunch, intended to feed three people working from home.
Rather than accepting his suggestion, I insisted that he rectify the situation. He mumbled something and reluctantly agreed to return with the missing items, after warning me it would "be a long while." By the time he came back, the food was cold. To make matters worse, when he handed the drinks to my wife, he did so with unnecessary force, basically throwing them at her and had a terrible attitude.
Frustrated, we contacted the store and spoke to a representative who also lives on my street. She apologized for the inconvenience and assured us that the cost of the meal would be reimbursed. However, she explained that the credit would be stored at the store level, and if we wanted to use it in the future, weād need to call in.
Fast forward to this tonight, 3-18-24 around 8 PM. After three unsuccessful attempts (each call lasting about 3 minutes), I finally spoke to a manager named Cage. Her voice was barely audible, but her rudeness was crystal clear. She claimed there was no credit on our account and refused to address the issue. Despite explaining the situation and mentioning the employee who promised the reimbursement, she dismissed me, suggesting I call corporate. She then slammed the phone down before I could finish speaking.
I did call corporate (at the number she provided, 1-800-DOMINOS), but it was an exercise in futility. Their system doesnāt allow direct communication, and the automated response merely referred me back to the store.
Dominoās, you need to address the ongoing issues at this location. Its terrible reputation in our area persists, and itās disheartening to see how little has changed...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTonight I ordered delivery from here for the first time in probably 6 months. The only reason I did tonight was because I had a free pizza from reward points expiring tonight. I had stopped ordering from them because of their consistent poor quality food, extremely long delivery times (sometimes over an hour after the tracker says its out for delivery and I live 5 minutes from the store), and poor service from the delivery drivers and management. I've had multiple delivery drivers that were completely oblivious to the delivery instructions that are printed on the receipt for their "mandatory contactless delivery." One even tried to argue with me that there were no instructions on the receipt and delivery ticket until showed him where it was. Tonight my pizza showed up surprisingly quick. The tracker still had it in the oven when my doorbell rang. The doorbell was even more surprising considering I had instructed the driver to leave my order on the tailgate of my truck in the driveway. Why are you standing at my front door with pizza in had and no mask on if you weren't supposed to go anywhere near my front door? Once I got my pizza I figured out why they were so fast to get here. The pizza was horribly undercooked. It was still soggy and doughy, and the cheese was only half melted. I ended up putting the pizza in my own oven to finish cooking it. I didn't even bother calling and complaining to the manager because past experience their customer service is on par with the poor quality of everything that comes out of that store. They have no patience with complaints and want to get rid of you as quick as they can. Their idea of compensation is to give you a couple bucks off your next order, but only if you call that next order in and talk to the manager and they'll make sure to talk to the staff about policies and procedures.
