I ordered the big breakfast hotcakes and extra eggs walk back in ask the lady who was fixing the bags for drive-thru if this was extra eggs or not and she told me I needed to lower my voice she never once came over to the counter I stood there and waited and asked her again and then she told me I needed to lower my voice again and I told her I wasn't raising my voice this is my voice and my tone I work around chainsaws all day and this is how I talk then she put someone else's order out there and I could tell that that order had extra eggs and I asked to see it and she looked at me and kept on working the man behind me said yeah and I asked him what does this look like and he said no I said you have been staying here for a couple minutes trying to get her to come over here and look at it and give me some extra eggs so then she turns around and asked me what I was basically running my mouth about and I told her she'd come over here she would see and she still didn't she turned around and proceeded to fix hash browns with her bare hands placing them in the holder before she put them in the deep fryer and I said once again can I see that and then she told me that I needed to leave and I told her I'm not leaving till you give me my extra eggs or you refund my money then she said you need to stop hollering then I started hollering I'm not leaving till I get my money back or extra eggs or you can call the law and they can put me in handcuffs and believe me then I was hollering then she proceeded to ask Brian to see what I was talking about it took Bryan 30 seconds to come over to look at my age and my receipt and realize it was not an extra eggs whatever and gave me another helping of eggs and return it back to me by then my whole breakfast was cold and I was mad it would not refund my money so I ate it a cold breakfast and I was late so then I called the number on the door for complaints no one never called me back it was all done on the answering machine and later on I got a text asking me what happened I told them what happened and that was it that was the end of it I never got a sorry I never got a refund I never got a voucher for another breakfast and I will never give that business my business ever again first and foremost the lady was busy but like I said it only took Brian 30 seconds she had an attitude from the get-go and very cleansing and as I sat there telling my wife I actually remember when I walked in and I was ordering off of the computer because the man had come by and told me if you want to get some food and get it today you better use that computer or you'll be there for a while so I started to use the computer she walked over and was looking over a girl's shoulder and then reaches into her shirt scratching her chest with that same hand that she put hash browns in the hole and in the deep fryer with I never had no gloves on ! And I was just thinking huh never again men cooking my own breakfast The Man behind me had a lawn company and I said to him could you imagine if you cut someone's grass and pulled off and left the job with grass all over there sidewalks and driveway what would happen and he said I'd probably not be called back to that job well and that's when I said yeah well that's what's going to happen here I'll never go back there again in the customer service sucked never talk to anyone and everything was done through texting and they only text me two times and after that it didn't text me no more and I sent them pictures of me cooking the next day I know how to cook and I will continue to cook my own breakfast when someone walking around handling someone else's food with no gloves on and whoever's in charge of answering the customer service phone calls they suck too if it would have been me how to give him $7.00 breakfast voucher just to make them happy, but no they didn't I just imagine how many people are running late through the drive-thru and get the wrong order or not what they ordered which would still be the wrong order and don't have time to turn around and go get the...

Every time I go here, there is at least one driver thru customer standing at the counter, trying to get the items that he ordered in the drive thru and did not receive.
Twice they have given me a regular coke when I had ordered a diet, which can be a serious issue for people who have to calculate insulin injection when they eat. Their negligence is going to get someone hospitalized or dead. Don't trust any drink, from here, that you don't pour yourself.
Going inside is not any better. You will not be greeted or acknowledged. It will take several minutes for the front counter person to come help you, since they always seem to be in the back of the store, for some unknown reason. I can't say how the current front counter people are at their jobs as I have long given up on getting them to accurately input any part of my order.
I am forced to use the kiosks. One of the four order points will not respond to touch, and another has no debit reader, forcing you to go to the counter anyway and pay. When you do order on the 2 functional kiosks, make sure to memorize your order number as it quickly flashes across the screen, because you only have about a 50/50 chance of getting a receipt from these machines. Sometimes they are out of paper. Sometimes they are jammed up, and sometimes they just spit out a blank piece of paper. Clearly no one is checking them throughout the day. God forbid you be forced to pay at the counter, with no receipt. I can only imagine the nightmare. I have never encountered this issue completely, since anytime it occurred, I left and went to a better McDonald's; i.e. any other McDonald's.
On 11/5/22 after ordering a large vanilla shake, I waited 30 minutes and received no shake and no acknowledgement that one was forthcoming. Nor was I told that the ice cream machine was "broken". Somehow I think that getting my $4.09 refund is going to be more trouble than it is worth. I will consider it money well spent for finding out just how little this location cares about doing the basics; passing food over a counter.

This McDonalds put my food in the bag, and sat it behind the pickup area for 10 minutes before announcing it was there. They were even thorough enough to put the receipt where it couldn't be viewed by customers, so I wasn't even able to verify if this was my food or not for the entire 10 minutes.
Maybe this McDonalds doesn't suck. Maybe they just don't want me there. Well they got their wish. Unfortunately my debit card and I are a matched pair. They don't get access to one without actually fulfilling the other obligations to the other. How sad...

The attitudes on some of these employees is absolutely ridiculous! Grabbed food on my lunch and I usually check but didn’t this time.. get ready to eat and my fries are barely full and cold and my Big Mac is dry and burnt. Now whoever made my food, you knew that burger was incorrect to give to a customer. I understand this store is usually busy and it’s hectic but wrong is wrong. I called to speak to someone to see what happened with my order and a young lady answered (didn’t get her name) I asked if she was the manager and she said yes, while I was in the middle of talking, someone else comes on the phone EXTREMELY hostile and rude, I asked again who was I speaking with and her name was VICTORIA and let me tell you something, don’t bother speaking with her or anything because she will cut you off and is disrespectful. I simply asked her that I thought I was already speaking with a manager and she cut me off yet again said “we have a bunch of different managers, how can I help you?” I mean extremely rude and hostile so I asked her if I could speak to someone else and she HUNG UP on me. What a joke her customer service is. I called about two times and the line wouldn’t ring. I finally get on the phone with someone and I spoke with Ashley, she is the floor manager if I am not mistaken! I spoke with her for a few minutes and she immediately jumped to help and correct what was done incorrectly. So to Ashley, I thank you for being kind and your customer service. This WHOLE review would’ve been avoided had I not been treated the way that I was by “managers.” Let’s do better! Hire people who care and care to cater to the public.
