Be warned, this is a long review so be patient. Please avoid this place at all costs! I had the unfortunate incident in December 2024 of ordering a breakfast sandwich and large coffee. I arrived and waited at the drive-thru because I arrived at couple minutes before they opened at 5am. Had to wait about 5:08 until they finally opened. I paid at the window and went to the next window for my order. At the second window, I was told they had a lot of crew that didn't show up so I had to pull up to wait for my sandwich. I was given my coffee at least. I was holding my coffee and pulled up towards the front of the store. I was about to put the coffee in a cup holder in my console when the lid just popped off the cup and coffee spilled all over the interior of my vehicle. How it didn't spill all over me, I have no idea. I was trying to clean up with a couple of napkins that I had in my driver's door when a girl appeared with my sandwich. I handed her the half empty cup and told her she could have it back. Looked like the cup had been bent or the rim was crushed so the lid wasn't on right. The girl took the cup and apologized. I left and went to the nearest gas station where the attendant gave me some napkins and rags to clean what I could. Hard trying to clean when it's dark outside. The coffee went all over my passenger seat, console, dash, floor, and part of my driver seat in between the seat and console. I called McDonald's and wanted to speak to a manager to see if this incident was relayed to them. The girl who took the cup said was the manager. She apologized profusely, said she thought she had the lid on, they were having a bad day, and was on the verge of tears. I said, hey, no need to cry, I'm not going to yell, I just want to know how I'm going to get paid to have someone clean my interior, I'm sure this is going to stain my seats, I have a new vehicle and I want it to stay looking new. She again kept apologizing and said she'd forward my information to the owner and district manager. I was contacted a week later and said I would have to contact their insurance company to file a claim. I did so promptly. I left detailed information and when I could be contacted. After three weeks of leaving messages to see if they got my previous messages, I was finally contacted in regards to what happened. Over a month later, I was told my claim was denied...their word against mine. While I'm thankful I wasn't injured from this incident (and no one asked me if I was injured from the hot liquid), I guess I'm going to have to live with a stained interior (being disabled it'll be a hard job to get cleaned on my own). By the way, McDonald's coffee stinks really bad and doesn't get better with age. I'm also sorry I couldn't get an apology from the owner or district manager over the incident, seeing as they had an employee who admitted fault. Sad that we have businesses who no longer care about customers and avoid paying out when they do wrong. I'll stay away, far away,...
Read moreI don't normally, in fact this might be the first time giving out this low of a score. On the way home from an 8 hour trip we had decided to stop at our favorite bigbys for a mocha mocha coffee. (They were wonderful as usual) and also hungry for a quick on the road meal. Ordered a Big Mac, spicy chicken wrap and a basket of fries.(must be a new item). Their was noone in the drive thru and didn't look busy at all. Ordered meal through phone app even though we were literally across the street from them. The attendant was not interested in greeting as she handed me the meal through the window while talking to one of her workers. Never made eye contact at all. The big Mack was sloppy made and dripping with sauce. The chicken wrap ice cold. The fries were mostly burnt and crisp probably 80-90% and they were cold. We were in too big of a hurry to go home or we would have taken the entire order in personally to get a complete new order. The basket I f fries also seemed like a double small order so for the money a large fry would have had more and cost less. Love McDonald's but will never return to...
Read moreFor a place that just recently remodeled the heating was pretty poor in there. My kids and I wanted to sit in the play area but we ended up moving because it was too cold to eat without coats on. We moved out to the general seating and still had to keep our coats on, but it was slightly more comfortable than the play area. I figure they don't want people using it in the winter?! Everything LOOKS nice, the service was ok, bathrooms were very clean, overall a good McDs just COLD. I feel I should mention we made the trip to this one in particular to play in the kick butt play area however with the recent remodel they removed the old awesome play area and replaced it with some new fangdangled play area, which I feel was a mistake. The previous play area was sooooo much better! My children couldn't really play anyway as having shoes and coats off was painful due to the cold... Unfortunately I doubt...
