I just waited in line at this Arbyâs for 19 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got my food. I ordered 3 sliders. For those of you who have not had a slider, it comes in a fry box so it isnât wrapped up. My sliders must have been sitting by the window for most of my wait because they are cold now. Not warm. Not hot. They are cold. This was after I ordered a Dr Pepper and thankfully tasted it while I waited because the syrup was almost nonexistent. I asked for another. Not big deal. Syrup runs out.
I would have not even commented or made a review but seriously, when you wait as long as I did, there should be something to make up for it. Not anything free but hot food would have been great.

   Read moreI visited on 5/23 and hadn't planned to leave a review, but after talking with a neighbor who had a similar experience I thought maybe management was unaware. On 5/23 I placed an order for one dinner through the drive through. There were two other cars in front of me and it took more than 20 minutes for me to get to the window. When I reached the window I was ignored. I didn't intend to complain about the lengthy duration but an explanation would have been nice. After an additional two minutes where the clerks messed around,I called out to one of them. He said he'd be over in a minute. After three more minutes ignored, I drove off. I sit there another six minutes, waiting for their computer to reboot and I waved in the window to someone and said canât you just give me my two lemonades and ring it in after the computers are up and running? The employee told me they were waiting for their computers to reboot again ridiculous. Terrible customer service. They couldâve given me the lemonade and rang it in later.
