I recently visited Feuld Stir Fry in Ann Arbor a new spot I hadn’t been to before, but had checked out online. It looked like a Chipotle-style concept where you build your own stir-fry bowl or salad, and I was excited to try it. Right away, the service stood out. The staff was welcoming and helpful, walking us through how to order. Once we made our selections, they cooked everything fresh and brought it right to our table. I went with a rice base, chicken and shrimp, and loaded it up with my favorite vegetables. My wife had double chicken and rice with her own veggie mix. Our total came to about $50, which made me pause at first ,similar to what you'd spend at Mongolian BBQ, but I hoped the quality would match the price. When the food arrived, I was blown away by the portion size and presentation. Everything looked amazing, and it tasted even better. Fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. I ordered a steak salad…….. no steak….. this is the second time this has happened to me at this location. First time they didn’t offer me anything for their mess up. Told me IF I come back they’d take care of me. That’s not always an option. It was my lunch break I don’t have time to go back. And didn’t want to drive back for a hand full of chicken to put in the salad .(that was the first time) then my co worker orders today so I decide to give them another try. And with my luck. This time no steak. And they offered me the same thing. A hand full of steak in replacement of THEM messing up. I requested just to give me my money back. I don’t want a meatless salad and I can’t nor do I want to drive back because they messed up. It’s a shame they don’t have good customer service. He told me for him to give me a refund on a meal they messed up. He’d have to call the owner. And the owner would just say no so he wasn’t going to call. Why does the owner have to be called to correct a mess up.

Now I’m hungry at work and at a loss of money. Because I couldn’t nor would I drive back to get the food I already drove there for.
