I come here every blue moon and I have never paid $11.02 for a 6 inch ever the woman over charged me for a 6inch turkey ADD salami. I usually only ever pay $8 because it’s 3 pieces of salami added she rang me up for a 6 inch salami add turkey which was $2.90 when usually it’s only 1.99. On top of that I asked for salt and pepper on the top side of the sandwich where the tomatoes were and she put it all over the damn sandwich LOL! I get the same thing every time so you would think I know what my total would be. I told the woman she began to raise her voice as if I was saying something wrong when I told her I wasn’t mad I just know what my total should be. So I eat inside look up the price for an online order of the same exact thing I got it was $8.98… I brought it to the other workers attention to show him the price difference pointing out what she did wrong and he tried to tell me the price online and in store different…. like how?? & when I asked that he got aggressive as well. Then they go to speaking in their foreign language among each other as if I did something and I find it completely unprofessional disrespectful and inconsiderate. I worked at Subway for many years I know certain things so to treat your customers a way and not even offer to fix the issues is insane. NEEDS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PEOPLE WHO SPEAK...
Read moreI placed an order via Subway’s app for a delivery that I did not receive. I spoke to DoorDash and they told me that Subway was responsible for issuing a refund. I spoke to Subway and they said DoorDash was liable.
It is quite possible that my Dasher took my order, but a full refund was something only Subway could provide and according to their management the only person who can issue a refund is their manager who almost never gives refunds!
It does not matter if it is DoorDash’s driver that takes an order, Subway takes on the risk of Dashers scamming customers when they agree to have DD deliver for them. If you order Subway delivery through their app and the Dasher takes your order, Subway will not give you your money back. Do not order delivery from Subway’s app, they will not give you a refund. If you want to order Subway for delivery, do it straight from the DD app so at least you can get a refund if your Dasher scams you.
Also, according to management at this Subway, the manager hardly ever issues refunds for any reason. Do not go to this Subway they will try to avoid giving you...

I really really hate pickles especially because they make everything around taste like them. But even after pulling the pickles and green peppers and whatnot off the sandwich is still gross because it has the wrong sauce too
This is not the first time. And the app never gave us a pickup time or told us the food was ready or anything. Note that I took that screenshot at 9:38 PM. We placed the order almost sn hour prior. Maybe that’s not the restaurants fault. But on top of my sandwich being multiple kinds of gross, all the sandwiches were ice cold. Last time it was just clear they didn’t toast them at all but this time was different
And it’s almost 10 o clock at night, we ordered takeout for a reason, and it’s too late to get other food....
