Subway — Restaurant in Ann Arbor

ABSOLUTE WORST place i have ever been to. first of all, the man had the bathroom blocked off so we couldn’t use it. Second off he started taking our order by saying “what do you want we are closing.”(it was 15 minutes before they closed) When i said i wanted bacon on my sub, he grabbed it and just threw it on the sandwhich with such an attitude. Then i asked for extra black olives and he said “you get 8 olives that’s enough.” Then when My boyfriend told him he wanted extra pickles he threw like 5 pickles on and literally three black olives and after my boyfriend politely asked for a little extra he replied with “hey man take it easy man that is extra” with such a rude tone. And my boyfriend replied with then can i have “extra extra” and the man replied with “hey you need to take it easy man that’s how you’ll die.” The man literally threatened us then said “what you’ve never seen a dark man before?” His race had absolutely nothing to do with anything, he was just downright rude. When it came time to give us our change, he literally threw the change across the counter and keep saying “hey man you need to take it easy” as we were waking out of the door. All in all, worst trip to subway ever. Man was absolutely rude and honestly it was kind of scary. If i could give 0 stars i would. I hope a manager or owner sees this and does...

This was the most terrible experience I️ have ever had at a subway or any food place at all for that matter. My boyfriend and I️ walked in at 10:50pm, and the door and the hours online say that they close at 12:00am. As the EXTREMELY rude employee was finishing my boyfriends sub, my boyfriend politely asked if he could have a little more sauce, the man then replies “no that’s enough stop wasting my time”. My boyfriend then said “excuse me? Can I️ have a little more of that sauce..” you know.. considering I️t is subway and they are supposed to make the sandwiches how you like, considering that’s what we are paying for. He then proceeds to tell us he is closing and we either take the sandwich he made or get out. We then ask for him to make the sub how we asked for, and he proceeds to tell us we are acting crazy and throws our sandwiches behind the counter. By far the worst experience I️ have ever had and I️ am not sure how this employee still has a job here. We will not be returning ever. If I️ could rate this subway...

I tried to use a text coupon that specifically tells you to not start the coupon until you get to the register because it will expire in 5 minutes. So when I get to the register and show the lady the coupon she starts screaming at me about how I have to show her the coupon before ordering because the coupons have to sit for 5 minutes before they can be used. Even if that was the case fine but you could just let me know rather than screaming.

Another time I came in asking for the autumn carved turkey sandwich which was advertised on the window and the same lady yells at me that they don't sell that anymore and why am I even asking for it.
