I purchased a new version of Microsoft Office at Computer Showcase and I struggled to get it loaded, no thanks to the Microsoft helpline. I waited for them to come to the conclusion that they couldn't help me, and that took about 20 hours. The next day I went to Computer Showcase. Rick spent about a half-hour with my computer and the Office program,and got it to work perfectly. I brought tons of candy over there the next day, which is fine, but I want you to know how much I appreciate Rick's help. Computer Showcase has never let me down, but Rick was right there, and did everything right....
