I attended the Michigan vs. Michigan game last weekend, brought my 3 kids for my son’s birthday. What a terrible experience! With the wind storm, I couldn’t get internet access to pull up my tickets (which I paid $1000.00 for). The people at the door were so rude! I simply requested a WiFi password to try to pull up my tickets, they basically said too bad, and tried to escort us back into the blizzard outside. Then they directed us to the computer area. The people there just told me that they couldn’t give out a WiFi password. For about a half hour, I tried to pull up my tickets, and was basically told “too bad”. Luckily, I eventually was able to pull them up, right before the game started. There was one sweet little lady that apologized for everyone’s rudeness at the gates, and I was appreciative of her. What terrible customer service! Also, just FYI, the speaker system is terrible, you cannot hear anything that is being said. Will never go back to Crisler Center! Read moreIt was an ok time. We were looking forward to visiting and attending a game, we flew in for a bday from several states away. We also wanted great seats, spent the extra money and bought first row. The seats were fantastic. The view was horrible. The dance squad stood the entire game (not exaggerated). We expressed out concern to some ushers who could not assist. We did sent and email after the game to the athletic dept and they responded and handled the situation. Very pleased with their service. I purchased a plant base sausage (since the ones at the football was so good) and it was not tasty at all. The bun was hard like it sat wrapped in the foil under the heat lamp for hours. The cotton candy was spot on! Despite our first visit not being to what we had hoped, we will...
