Placed a mobile order at 11:40. 15 minutes later I pull up to the window and was told to pull up. While waiting for the car in front of me a woman was yelling to the person at the drive thru that her order was wrong. After some shouting the kid at the window handed me a bag to pass through my car and out the passenger window to the unhappy customer. The kid working the drive thru had 5 teeth and just kept saying I'm tryin to go home. So after that debacle I pulled up only to wait for another 10 minutes. I'm really irritated now and went inside to ask what the problem is. The female manager acted like she had no idea I had been waiting and asked me what I ordered. I said this is insane and I just want my money back. She immediately said oh I'm not giving no money back. I told her oh yes you are and canceled my mobile app. I didn't get my money back on the app because they had just processed it inside. Now I'm really displeased because I watched her lock the door behind me so I had to proceed to communicate via the drive thru window to explain I didn't get my money back, I want it now and I'll go next door to McDonald's. She closed the drive thru window in my face and after I stood there for a few more minutes she handed my money back. Worst experience ever and if these are the type of people you're hiring its extremely disturbing. If I could give less and a highly dissatisfied review I would do so. Awful is an understatement. No manners at all, no intelligence at all, talked with ghetto slang and completely disrespected. Read moreI'm usually not one to write reviews, but tonight was that bad during my visit. So I pulled up at 11:30 PM on a Friday night to see if they were still serving. I was told the wait would be 10-15 minutes and I said ok that's fine thanks for the heads up. 15 minutes goes by and the employee says sorry we're not making anymore food tonight. I said I just waited 15 minutes and was told that you would be taking my order afterwards. He says dang ok what's the order we got you and proceeds to take my order then says ok. No total was given and I wasn't told to pull around, so I wait about 2 more minutes and pull up to the window then honk because both visible employees had earbuds in. The drive thru attendant opens up the window and I said are you making my food or was I just told twice I could get my food after you took my order? He tells me sorry the guy making sandwiches doesn't want to make anymore and he had a bad day because of an uber order that was 20 sandwiches. I said ok? well maybe next time make the executive decision close the drive thru and not make customers wait for 25 minutes thinking they'll be getting served.
Look I know it was 30 minutes until close so I had no expectations and I'm just as ok as the next person being told they're closing up shop. Read moreWe thought since the remodel things might have changed. They have actually gotten worse. First the bathrooms are nasty. There's toilet paper all over the floor. Trash cans overflowing. The water coming out of the sink is way to hot and actually burnt my children's hands. Also, there is no baby changing stations in either bathrooms. Why ??? When it came to service- They were not taking orders at the counter so I used the kios. When I was finishing up placing my order the credit card scanner was offline and would not take my payment. I had to reorder everything again for 6 people on another kios. There was only 2 people working behind the counter. One girl left in the middle of waiting for our food. Another worker was sitting down a table I guess on break on their phones. Our food took over 30 minutes to recieve. The drink station was not stocked with straw, napkins, or ketchup. When we finally got our food it was definitely sloppy put together. Mayo running off the sides of the burger and buns were soggy. The inside of the building was extremely hot and humid. We were sweating by the end of the hour it took. It felt hotter inside the building then outside. This was supposed to be a quick pit stop on our way back home from vacation.
