This was a horrible experience. The manager, Jeremy, was very rude. We ordered a large pizza with our points and wings on the app. We never received a notification that it was received and no one knocked on the door. We waited over thirty minutes for our order and looked outside and the wings were gone, the pizza box was flipped over and the pizza was gone. We called the store and Jeremy proceeded to tell us they don't have to knock and the app wasn't their problem then said they would contact the general manager and then hung up on us. We waited forty minutes but no one called back so we called again. Jeremy talked to us again and told us we were liars and we could only come pick up the wings and never receive delivery ever again and refused to give us a refund. We never came to a conclusion and we will never order from there again. This was ridiculous and never should have happened. If there's something wrong with your app then it is YOUR responsibility to fix it. Period. If other restaurants with apps have to fix it even when the app screws...
Read moreThe management here refused to remedy the error they made when they made the wrong wings, was rude on the phone and hung up on my wife, and forced me to have to leave my house (Im disabled, with spinal injuries and heart probs) to remedy in person, only to further be denied full remedy, endure more rudeness directly, and have the management refuse to give me their name (and her driver and cashier refused to as well) so I could seek proper remedy. I did see who the GM was posted on the wall, and took that info, then I reached out to Oxford. I then leave my home to the store location Anniston, AL on Quintard Ave that I ordered for delivery. The person that said she was the Shift Mgr stated she turned the phones OFF because she couldn't do "EVERYTHING"! Even though there was other staff in the store. She was rude, disrespectful and would not give her name. I asked for the Store Mgr, the Shift Mgr stated she "may come in the next day". I asked for a name, she provided a partial name for Store Mgr.
