J&S Pizza — Restaurant in Annville

Been coming here for years, absolutely love anything I order. Garden Salad with chicken is one of my favorites. Their Italian subs or cheeseburger subs are amazing. Their pasta dishes are excellent too, my favorite is baked ziti with meat sauce and mushrooms. I was just in there today and got my favorite salad and I realized I’ve never left a review for them! They were super busy tonight and I could tell they were stressed but I know they pride themselves on their work and they are always courteous and prompt and my food is on time and the same excellent quality every single time. I am not one to sing the praises of “generic small town Italian restaurant” there are usually a ton of them and they are all generally pretty alright.

J&S is ridiculous with how good their food is. It does not matter what you order off the menu. All of it ranges from “the best in the area” to “the best I’ve ever had”

The only exception is their fries. Which I can give a pass to considering how much of their menu is overwhelmingly the best Italian pizza shop food I’ve had.

I have never been more disgusted and upset. I went in the day before my husband's surprise birthday party and placed a large order and paid. They were supposed to have everything ready the next day at 4:45. When my son in law went to pick up the order it was not even started. The restaurant was empty and the employees were sitting in a room relaxing and eating. They completely forgot my order. When I called in they said they would make it.
