Visited the night of 10/28/2018. The atmosphere was not that cleanly. The staff was not rude but the following occurred. When attempting to order a burger we were told they did not have burgers due to the cooler breaking down. Minutes later someone else says they sold out. I asked if they would be able to make a quesadilla and they stated that they did not know how. We were then told that they were new and left alone in the store. A friend of mine asked how the peanut butter and jelly wings were and we were told that they were being taken off the menu and that no one has ordered them in over 2 years(odd how new people would have this information but yet not know how to make a quesadilla). So we moved on to getting out wings, once we were done ordering we were told that the prices of the wings had went up and it was not reflected on the menus. I will say that the wings were tasty and I enjoyed but unfortunately I did not enjoy them enough to improve what had happened. We ate and left. this morning I called the store manager to make them aware of what happened. The store manager confirmed that a cooler had broken but that it would not effect burgers and that she would speak with said employee once he was in. Here is where it gets crazy !!!!! She told me that the menu state that prices are subject to change without warning. I then asked how that price is known or regulated for the customer and she informed me that the employees working are more than capable of stating that price. I informed her that this is a poor business practice as it can be taken advantage of and puts them and the customer at risk. I asked what prevents a employee from stating the wings went up 6 dollars when they in fact only went up 3 and then pocketing the money. She stated that the employees can make that determination. The same employee who doesn't know how to make a quesadilla. The star review would be zero if it wasnt for the food. Although I will suggest people avoid this place due to the fact that you might get ripped off from...
Read moreVery unprofessional business. Will never go there again! So my wife placed an order for 4 dozen wings and fries last Monday at 5:30p and picked them up a little after 6. Finally got home and sat down to eat them about 6:45/7 and noticed her order and my daughters were very dry and crunchy, mind you we just paid $50 for our order. I was coming home from the Duncannon area and it was snowing bad so I arrived home later. She awaited my arrival (9:15) to see if my consensus was the same before calling because with the snow she wasn’t looking to go back out anyway. I tried mine (mild and garlic parm) and they also were very dry. I tried calling in at 10:08 and no answer. I called the next day and realized they close on Tuesdays so I reached out on fb and the owner messaged me. I spoke of the issues and being unhappy and the owner offered 1 set free and 25% off. I mentioned that I had 4 dozen (even had a picture I took of the poor quality) that had issues and repeatedly gave the owner a chance to rectify the situation to the point that he just ghosted me and left me on “read”, not before belittling me for my wife not going back right away or us not eating them right away. I finally went in today to accept my small concession and the manager kept asking to see the messages several times, wanted to “write down” my card number for Annville to run it and couldn’t provide a receipt of any time. These people have very bad business practices and no customer resolution. Also, don’t follow their hours on google, they go by the bus schedule to when they close. Eat elsewhere! Not a happy customer and I would’ve given them another chance too if they...
Read moreI give this company a one out of five stars. I am or shall I reconsider myself, as a daily customer to this home business chicken wing place. I came in on a daily basis, to order boneless wings and cheese fries, or plain fries like that. The first time I have stepped inside the doors, the smell of overly used oil, would scent the air inside and outside. The manager of the place, Chuck, would give his daily customers attitudes, or even new customers an attitude. Chuck also rips off his employees with their tips, stating that he counted the drawer, that the money was short every day, and would take money off of the delivery driver. He is also rude to his fellow employees, wondering why he's setting himself a rough reputation. Then, they also hire people whom does drugs in the back, with the back door left wide open. Chuck also leaves the building for a long period of time, thinking that the company would be left behind fine and dandy.
Now with the food. The last time I have stepped inside that door, was at least two weeks ago. I have ordered a large cheese frie, with a 16 oz. of Mountain Dew. The total came out to be, $7.94. Okay, whatever, they uppered their prices on their food, whatever. But then I leave, with burnt fries, that tasted like they were not fries, but as if I was at a movie theater whom, tossed nacho cheese on some burnt popcorn, trying to hide the fact that they messed up. The oil was used too much. My fries were not top-notched like before, so it felt like the store is now just a let down of McDonald's that sells no chicken nuggets, but sold chicken wings with any flavor that...
