Just wow. I’ve been eating pho for over 20 years—from big city staples to hole-in-the-wall gems—and hands down, the best bowl I’ve ever had is right here in the heart of Annville, PA. Who would’ve thought?

The broth? Absolute perfection—rich, flavorful, piping hot, and so good I didn’t even touch the condiments. The beef melted in my mouth, and the flavor was spot on. My kids devoured their vermicelli bowls, my mother-in-law enjoyed the seafood pho, and my wife was super happy with her grilled pork plate. Everyone left full and satisfied!

But it’s not just about the food here. The place has an awesome, chill vibe. In the front, there’s a legit boba bar with tons of options, and in the back, a full-service bar with a cozy atmosphere. We came on a Wednesday, which happened to be karaoke night—and let me tell you, the crowd brought the energy! The singers were impressive and the place felt alive, kind of like a night out in the Philippines.

Shoutout to the staff too—our waitress, although new, was friendly, attentive, and already doing a fantastic job. And Jessica behind the bar made us feel right at home. Super warm and welcoming.

If you ever find yourself near Annville, PA, do yourself a favor and stop by Pho Bar & Grill, it's truly a hidden gem. From the moment we stepped through the door, we felt instantly welcomed. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and Mack, the owner, made us feel like family. She’s not only attentive but genuinely kind, checking in with such care that it made our entire experience feel that much more special. You can tell she pours her heart into this place, and it shows in every detail.

Now let’s talk about the food. Everything was absolutely delicious! We started with the Fried Shrimp Rolls and Summer Rolls, both fresh and full of flavor. The Korean Wings had the perfect balance of sweet and savory with a hint of spice, and the Bulgogi Beef was tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The Pad Thai was spot-on, rich, well-seasoned, and satisfying.

To top it all off, the non-caffeinated Pink Lemonade with strawberry Boba was a delightful treat, refreshingly light, perfectly sweet, and a big hit with my 6-year-old daughter. It was the ideal drink to end our meal and enjoy on the ride to the Poconos.

A patient came into our office wearing a tshirt saying this restaurants name on it, I had asked him how was it and he just kept saying how great this place was so my husband and i decided we were going to date night and try this place…now when I tell you this place was spot on…this place was spot on with everything!! The moment we entered the establishment we felt welcomed!! We sat in the back at the bar and the bartender Jessica was absolutely a doll!! She had the biggest smile and would answer any questions you had about the menu or anything really! I had the shrimp pho and ohhhhh myyyy goodnesss…SOOOOOO GOOD!!! I have my favorite pho place but honestly I think this will be my new to go spot for pho! The broth was so flavorful and the portion was perfect!!! We also had the bang bang wings and husband had their special wagyu ribeye pho and he also agrees….absolutely delicious! The vibe was super chill…they were going to be having karaoke that night, but we left right before that started (had to work the next day lol) but definitely will be back!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend...
