Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Antioch

This makes the 6th time I have called them, in a row, at least an hour before they close at the latest (also called at normal dinner time on a weekend 3 times) and was told they don't deliver or are not delivering only pick up. Yet the website and search engines all say no contact delivery available. I continued to give this place chance after chance and I am finally tired of even trying. When I did get an order in the past they are usually missing any side sauce or sodas or anything you ask for. They are always over 60-90 minutes for delivery time and the food is usually cold. If it wasnt for a lack of quality pizza that delivers when you dont feel like going out I wouldnt have even kept giving them business. Its like an abusive relationship at this point. Maybe they"ve changed, they said they wouldnt do it again and they were sorry, it wasn't that bad last time....etc. Something is always wrong or they are always "busy and forgot" or "the person who took the order didnt write it down" andthey always ask if you'd like them to come back with it knowing you aren't going to wait another hour to eat for crushed red peppers or a drink. Once I said yes, knowing I wasn't going to need it at that point, just to see the look on the guys face. He looked like he was 6 and I told him his birthday was canceled. Best Parmigian cheese I ever didn't eat. Avoid this place like it's trying to talk to you about your cars...

Placed order tonight online. Order not delivered. When I called one hour after estimated delivery time, they (female employee) stated that I didn't order and that my phone number wasn't in their system even though I order from this store every week. Stated that they couldn't track by order number on my email receipt from the order, only phone number and since my phone number wasn't in the system, there was nothing she could do. Asked to speak to manager as I order at least 2 pizzas from them every week so my phone number should be in their system and she said that she was the manager and that there was nothing she could do about it. I told her that if that is the way they treated regular customers then they would lose me as one. She said "that's fine" and hung up on me. Very poor customer service. I will no longer be using this establishment and am contacting their corporate office to let them know how this store treats...

Growing up I've been a big fan of Roundtable pizza but recently the service has been really bad. I have to argue with them over the phone because they keep over charging me not understanding what coupon I'm using even though I say "its what I ordered last time with the coupon" right down to getting a manager because they don't understand what coupon I'm using. Pizzas I get delivered are under cooked with very little to no pizza sauce and I've been short 1 or 2 wings from my order on 2 occasions ...not to mention the ranch dressing I order for the wings is scooped from there all you can eat daily salad bar.
