T4 — Restaurant in Antioch

Overall mid place. I've had worse, but I definitely would not come again. If you're gonna charge high prices, you should deliver high quality. The tea flavor is average, meh boba, and fried chicken wasn't fresh. Service is really friendly, but could improve on time management.

When we walked in, there were no other customers. The cashier was on the phone taking a massive order of over 30 items, while the two ladies in the back just stood around chilling. They even made eye contact with me! If you know youre about to be really busy, wouldn't it make more sense to get our small order started before the big one came through, since we were standing right there...?

Finally, I got impatient and used the online order system. My order went through right before the big one, so I asked to make sure they got that out first. I only had 20 minutes to spare, which should've been plenty. I waited 15 minutes and saw drink after drink come out, and realized, of course, they didn't do my order first and jumped into making the huge order.

I had to ask them again to please get our order out asap. Our drinks came out, and then just sat around melting. We were already there! Just give us the drinks? Chicken took really long, definitely didn't get put in first, and they ended up getting my order wrong anyway. Overall poor time management from the staff.

Online order said it'd take 10mins, it took 25min and I was late to my appointment. The worst part is the disappointing flavor. Waste of time...

This place was honestly nasty. To start off with I ordered a Tea and they took about 25 minutes to make it. Then, when I finally got my tea it tasted very weird, I felt like the milk was passed. I asked one of the employees if I could please get a new one, to which he answered if I could describe how it tasted and that they did not use milk, even though I saw him pull out two gallons of milk out of the fridge. Additionally, he took about another 25 minutes to make a new one, and while making it he sneezed and did not wash his hands. My second drink was worse than the first one. Save your money guys! Im always down for supporting local businesses and trying new things. My problem is the long waits for your drink. I bought 1 drink and it took over 30 minutes for me to get. Some other problems I had were paying 0.75 cents for boba that had no flavor (honey less boba). The drink I ordered was a so called smoothie, but it was basically a slushie not a smoothie, in the smoothie there was lots of unblended ice. They also don't make there boba fresh, some of the boba I've gotten are hard...
