Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Apex

I suppose I’m kind of to blame since I didn’t look at the menu. I have always known what I wanted without needing to look at the menu.

I looked around the restaurant and there was not a single person eating… at 5:30… this should have given me pause.

I got a bowl like I usually do. I got steak and chicken, cheese, and guacamole, like normal. Walked to checkout and they asked me if I wanted a drink… no.

$19!!!! For a burrito! The person checking me out said they raised their prices.

I could go a half mile down the road and have a full plate of fajitas for that price. Which I will be doing in the future.

I’m not cheap at all! I pay for what things are worth but this is just outrageous.

Sorry, can’t go back to Moe’s until you all figure out your business and charge a fair price for a meal. You can go just about anywhere else and get a much better deal… which is what I did for the rest...

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this location. I ordered 2 bowls. One vegetarian and one chicken bowl.

The two staff members who placed the food in our bowl were extremely stingy with the vegetables.

For the Chicken bowl, we were told that it was extra to put in the sautéed onions and bell peppers in the bowl. what type of backwards logic.

For the vegetarian bowl, we were supposed to get every vegetarian option. And when one staff memeber went to go put corn in our bowl, we were told that they were out. That is understandable, however, another staff member was making the corn. we could have waited to get our money’s worth, but they literally rushed us and were constantly impatient while we were trying to decide on what to put in our bowl.

Overall the staff look like they don’t even want to work there and our meals look like kids meals. Go to chipotle....

There was no acknowledgment from staff when we walked in. They were busy making online orders and after about 2 mins finally acknowledged us. The least they could’ve done was say we’ll be with you in just a second. The worker making the bowls and burritos gave us kid size portions of chicken, rice and beans. I had to ask for extra of everything. He questioned me when I asked for a little more chicken and he gave me 3 pieces…I questioned him and he said it was the appropriate portion amount. He was very rude. I had to ask for extra cheese for my quesadilla because the first time it barely covered the quesadilla, I’ve been to Moe’s my whole life and never have had these portion sizes of ingredients. The guy who rang us up was friendly and we appreciated him. We won’t be back! We’ll be sticking with Qdoba who has super friendly staff, great service and excellent...
