These are by far the best momos I’ve eaten in the USA! The food truck is run by a husband-and-wife team, with a little one enjoying time in the truck, adding a fun, family-friendly vibe. The menu is refreshingly small, focusing on delivering truly excellent food.

On our first visit, we started with a plate of chicken momos and chicken chow mein, but the flavors were so good we ended up ordering more. The chicken chowmein was just as impressive as the momos, showcasing their dedication to quality.

While the food is top-notch, I deducted one star for the pricing. The cost—$70 for five items—feels a bit steep for a food truck, especially with no formal seating or table service. If the prices were slightly more reasonable, this would easily be a 5-star experience.
