When I entered the restaurant, I noticed employee #1 cleaning dust off the A.C. vent. My initial thought was "Good! They keep the place clean." After I placed my order at the register with employee #2, employee #3 started working on my cheesesteak. Employee #3 called employee #1 to come and help with the order by getting the fries ready. Employee #1 stops what he is doing and goes behind the counter, picks up some gloves and starts handling food. I asked if he was going to wash his hands before handling food since he was just in the dining area cleaning the A.C. vent. He said "it's OK, I put gloves on." After a brief conversation with all 3 employees, I realized that employee #1 was not going to wash his hands. I then turned to employee #2 and asked her to cancel the order and refund my money. She advised me that we would have to wait for the manager because he was in the restroom. After about 20 minutes, the manager came and refunded my money.
