Hi there, During this pandemic, customers really need a safe, efficient way of getting food while we work through this tough time. Please consider closing this location and make room for a proper place of business to delivery this necessary service to the public.
I ordered by app. App notified me that food was ready for pickup. I located the "pickup" area in the furthest possible location from the door - there was no food ready and no one paying attention to me or another guy who was also waiting for pickup. They just kept taking orders from the folks in the line while we kept shifting back and forth to keep our social distance as they moved through the ordering line.
When we were finally recognized by the food server, even more pandemonium started as the cashier kept mixing up the pick up orders with lobby orders. I was handed the wrong pickup order (the bag was open). Over the next 10 minutes, I watched as the cashier charged another customer for an unsweet ice tea and tried to fill his cup with sweet tea as they were out of unsweet tea. He didn't like that.
I eventually got my order after pointing out that there was a bag sitting on the counter near the kitchen area. After leaving in a hurry to get back to work, I noticed that they didn't include the utensils I requested when placing the order. Yes, I ate noodles and orange chicken with a bent straw as make-shift chopsticks. #@$&!!!

Read moreDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DRIVING TO THIS LOCATION FOR DINNER! We have gone to this location several times in the evening to take out food, the experience is always the same…disappointing. For instance, last night we arrived at 6:45 pm (prime dinner time) and the restaurant was advertised to stay open until 8 pm. The restaurant appeared to be closed and other customers were all leaving without food. I went in and the chairs were all up, the bar was completely cleaned (food removed), the kitchen was completely cleaned and the employees were just finishing up cleaning the soda bar and taking the trash out. It was 6:45 so they must have stopped preparing food way before and started cleaning. They had a little white rice, a couple pieces of walnut shrimp, a little orange chicken and a little of another dish left. When confronted each time they say they ran out of food!! A restaurant running out of food…hmmm. More like they want to go home. They are not looking out for the company and certainly do not care about the customer. I contacted the company once before regarding this issue and no change. I suggested changing their hours until 10 or 11 so then maybe they will cook and serve the full menu until 9 pm. Read moreI ordered delivery this time and had an horrible encounter with a team leader named Daniella. I called in to ask for my bag to be sealed tight and to add an extra sauce with my popcorn chicken. She was rude and obnoxious! I normally deal with Susan who is a nice manager and other employees that I know by name from being a regular customer. I prioritized this location over the one closer to my home. Daniella, not only told me that they didnt have the regular seals to properly tighten my bag for delivery but also no for the extra sauce! I dislike horrible customer service interactions and strong difficulties over minor things. I never had an issue with my simple requests in the past, so I didnt think I would have trouble today. I know every establishment has rules but at the same time in some small instances sometimes rules can be accommodated. She didnt try to help, or appease the situation at hand. She was power tripping at an all time high. Daniella, clearly doesn't have the real proper skills, mindset, nor discernment to care about providing the true Panda Express experience.
