Wawa — Restaurant in Apopka

I've made orders on the app to this store multiple times and a lotnof times the items are wrong or the food is not made properly. Also they put cold drinks in the same bag as hot food for delivery. You're not supposed to do that. Today I made a delivery order for a sizzli a regular redbull and a white peach redbull. The sizzli was fine but both redbulls were sugar free. I called the store and the GM only suggested I drive to the store after I told him I could not drive to the store and I have paid for a delivery. The GM was not able to help aside from telling me I had to come to the store to get it fixed. Why should I have to come to the store when I paid delivery fees for 1 and 2 I had informed you I had no way of driving to the store? The customer service number is not...

I generally like Wawa, and this one is closest to me, but I won't be back. The fountain drink area was a mess, only very large and very small cups available, and no lids for the cup that were there. Lids were strewn everywhere from previous customers trying get the right one just like me. At the checkout counter two associates chatted as the line grew and grew. They have 4 cash registers and I have only seen them use one except AFTER the line is long and people are frustrated. Then they open one briefly and close it again until more frustration starts. I would think they want to avoid having frustrated customers, not use a system that ensures it. Many other Wawa's around town and in different states and none run as poorly...

Generally a great experience. My wife and I popped into this one last Wednesday around 9pm (she's a big fan of their lobster bisque soup which is the special on Wednesday) and we were told they were out. The girl behind the counter said it would take about an hour and a half to prepare more (this is actually what she told me). I don't understand the prep time and I certainly don't understand how you let your "special" run out if you even admit you have stock on the premises. Anyway, we left and went to the WaWa on 441 and although they too had run out, a new batch was ready in ten minutes. As they say, happy...
