I’m reviewing to express my deep disappointment with the experience I had today with your restaurant — an experience that was entirely unacceptable, especially for a business that relies on quality food and customer satisfaction to thrive.

I had been craving Pupusas all week and specifically chose your establishment because I’ve had good experiences in the past. I expected consistency, care, and attention to quality. Unfortunately, what I received was far from that.

After placing my order and heading home — excited to finally enjoy my meal — I was met with burnt, poorly assembled Pupusas that were stuck together, falling apart, and leaking all of their filling. Not only was the presentation entirely unappetizing, but the food was simply not in a condition that should have ever been sent out to a paying customer. This is not a minor oversight; this is a failure in quality control and pride in service.

What made this worse was how the situation was handled when I called to inform you. Instead of listening, acknowledging the issue, and offering a simple, sincere apology, I was met with defensiveness and denial. I wasn’t calling to argue — I wasn’t even asking for a refund. I was giving you feedback so that you could be aware and hopefully improve. But instead of ownership, I was met with an argument and, shortly after, a series of calls that frankly felt more harassing than helpful.

Let me be clear: good food is not just about taste. It’s about presentation, consistency, and care. When you serve something that leaves your kitchen, it is a direct reflection of your business. There is no excuse to send out burnt, messy food — none. Arguing with a customer about what they clearly see in front of them only makes it worse. If your goal is to earn loyalty and return business, this is not the way to do it.

I’m not writing this to bash your restaurant, but to hold you accountable. You have served me well before, which is why this experience is so frustrating. Every customer deserves respect, and every meal should reflect a standard of excellence. What happened today should not have happened, and it certainly should not be the standard you’re willing to...

I found this place because my regular pupusa spot was closed. I went in and was pleasantly surprised. The pupusas were delicious. I ordered cheese and revuelta and both were outstanding with those nice crunchy pieces on the side from the melted cheese. They have lots of food and drink products from Central America that are hard to find anywhere else in Orlando. We are going to tell our family and friends about this place and will definitely be back for the pupusas and to try more items...

They don't follow the hours they have posted for being open. Tried going multiple times when it said open only to arrive and it was closed. When we were able to get there, the food took over an hour to arrive. We tried going back a few more times when we weren't in a hurry to get food to see if it would get better but, it was yet again closed when it said open. I would say zero stars for service but the food tasted amazing so I give this place 2 stars just...

They don’t know How to speak English I Went in to get something to eat and try to give them my business and because I did not speak Their language she did not try to help me so I left. I will not recommend no one to that restaurant ever in my life and I will try to scare people away from that restaurant because they should know how to speak English because all nationality goes in to eat.

My wife and I found this place randomly on Saturday and we got so excited when we saw lots of Honduran things, snacks and desserts that we haven't had in years. It is pricey but the amount of food they give you is worth the cost. I will defiently comeback with the rest of my family. Excelente lugar catracho! Viva Honduras💙🇭🇳
