Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Apopka

Super happy with the service this location has, I ordered online, the buffalo chicken pizza no onions and the double bacon, they have a special and this location always makes the pizza perfect, cheese is never burnt, crust is always fluffy. Well upon delivery I instantly smelt onions. I was super upset because I’m allergic to them and I can only in very small portions eat them, I specifically went back into the order to unselect them, or so I thought. So I called the store and Luis answered, he was super polite and professional, which kept me so level headed, I worked a long shift today and hadn’t eaten today.. I was hangry. I explained my issue and he immediately offered to fix it. He pulled my order up and reviewed it to see what had happened. Upon reviewing the order i realized the website doesn’t give the option to remove but only to double it!!! Luis really pulled through tonight and I will order from this location again, maybe not through the website though!!...

Let me start with the positives: the pizza was delivered hot, the pizza and the papadia tasted pretty good, our delivery driver was nice and very appreciative of the tip, and the price was fair for the portion size. I do recommend using the deals they have online. Unfortunately, it took over 2 hours for our order to get to us and the boneless wings didn't have enough sauce at all. I ended up calling to find out what was going on with the order since the online tracker showed it was still being made after an hour and a half. The customer service was great, but my pizza didn't taste good to me at all. Now I did order two large pizzas, one with pepperoni & sausages and one with vegetables & chicken. I think the pepperoni & sausages tasted good, it wasn't for me. However mine wasn't tasty at all, but it could have been that I had too much on it or thewrong combination, I'm not sure. The manager did say that it might not cook right if it had too much on it, so thatmight have been my fault. I just would have liked more of a pizza toasted...
