Every time I go through the driver through in the evening, I have to greet them! I wasn’t even done ordering before they totaled me out. “Hi can I get a 10 piece chicken nugget meal, Large with a sweet tea. 2 snack wraps, and” “your total is $9.82 first window.” “Um excuse me, I wasn’t even done ordering” “yea well you’ll just have to fix that at the window” I pulled through and told them what happened and they fixed it, but removed one wrap and didn’t add the small fry or sprite I wanted. So I called and complained and they said there wasn’t anything they could do and told me I ordered wrong.
Fast forward to last night. I ordered a large fry and a frozen toy. The lady at the front window didn’t even great me. And when I double checked the order, there was no toy. And I showed the receipt. The lady glared and rolled her eyes at me and called for a manager and said “this lady wants a toy but it’s not on the receipt.” It was on the receipt. The manager comes to the window and begins to explain to me I was unable to receive a toy because when they rung it up, they didn’t charge me. I said it’s on the receipt and that’s their issue not mine and asked for the toy. And she said “Im not giving you one because you didn’t pay for one even though the order taker rung it up wrong” I said “okay well ill pay for one” she rolled her eyes and rang me up for a toy.
Bottom line. WORST....
Read moreI wish I got her name but it didn’t even cross my mind at the time. I come in more often than i’d like to admit, always late at night. Same girl, multiple terrible encounters, I’m over it! Once they got my order wrong, things happen, I go back around to talk to them and she catches an attitude and I get the window SLAMMED in my face. Another time, I order, go to the window where I see someone else working, super sweet but just got one thing wrong when she read it back to me. She called the rude employee over and she was so extremely condescending to the newer employee while rolling her eyes. I came in another time to see her leaning on a car talking to who I assume was her friend. Didn’t effect me so I went about my business…until it did affect me. NO ONE at the speaker. Finally I get someone, pull up to the window and it’s her. I could list at LEAST 3 more negative encounters but my point is this: stop being so rude. Pretty sure she’s some kind of lead or something, hoping she’s not a manager. Pay more attention to who you’re allowing talk to your customers because seriously, this is getting ridiculous. At this point I was tempted to go higher up to make a complaint, but I know how these are handled in the service industry and I know it would do nothing but slap her on the wrist unfortunately. If you don’t like your job, quit, but don’t project your negativity...
Read moreSeriously, we all know McDonald's.. I've been to many all over, and this is by far the MOST accommodating one I've ever been too. I'm currently sitting in the drive through with my wife, and she was nervous to ask for adding something to our order, because again, we know how rude these people tend to be. AFTER ORDERING AND PAYING AT THE FIRST WINDOW, I might add. At the second window we tried to add mcflurries. McDonald's mcflurry machines never never work "after a certain times" we all know that.. and they were more than happy to add it, AND were very kind about it!!! We even came earlier in the day for lunch, which I was regretting, not a McDonald's fan unless it's a late night consumption.. and they BROUGHT THE FOOD TO OUR TABLE... and ASKED IF THERE WAS ANYTHING WE NEEDED!!! I was confused to where I was!! I don't know if they've had a recent management change considering some of the previous ratings, but good God! Get more of these establishments out...
