So they get only a 1 even though after the first time I went 2 months ago I said I would never spend my money there again. Due to the 30 to 45 minute wait in drive thru with only 1 vehicle in front of me. 1st noticed high prices but thought it was for the deliciousness then noticeing how dirty the walls were along drive thru. With all the time I spent next to the drive through window couldn't help noticing how dirty the window were its self with old looking spit marks everywhere and built up dirt, dust & grease and whatever else on the window Fram and the actual part the employees lean on or put there hands on to hand us our food. And the little hand written notes displayed on the window hanging with scotch tape looked like it was torn out someone's diary stating "once you get to window no changes will be made all orders are final and I think no refunds" that right there I should have just drove off at that time with all these red flags the older Mexican lady was rude definitely far from polite like she couldn't wait to get off was definitely cherry on top. The Carne Anadarko burrito I got was so wet with grease got stomach ache within minutes if eating the only good thing was the quacomole. So I Went back today for the quacomole only 1 car in parking lot no cars in drive through order window was still old looking messy but girl seemed nice on speaker with patience "thankyou" and my boys asked for burrito so thought I would try something different give it second chance ordered a Carne Asada quesidilla and ofcourse the quacomole. Waited about 35 minutes for the food walls were still dirty those little ghetto notes were still there and the dirty grease film layer was still on window with added finger and hand marks. Please chevos have your people take a few minutes to walk outside and spray some window cleaner and maybe pay someone to pressure wash your walls with all the money you make with your high prices instead if laying dripping paint over everything. This place sucks. I don't know why the change, but I'll never come here again. Your people are rude, they talk behind the counter instead of helping customers, the menu has changed and they don't have lunch specials like they used to. They are rude. I would give zero stars if it was possible. I used to come here all the time and it was the best food and service anywhere. Now I wouldn't go back if I was starving and it was free. Few options, higher prices, and the servers are rude and too busy talking to each other to help. 👎🤬👎🤬👎

In response to the supposed owner who responded to my comment, I guarantee I AM credible, responsible, and a long time customer. My family and friends have gone there for years. My oldest daughter went to school with the owners son who used to wait on us every time we came in. Since Covid, this place HAS CHANGED, YOU ARE EXTREMELY RUDE IN YOUR RESPONSE. YOU CANNOT BE "THE OWNER" BECAUSE THE OWNER WOULD NEVER RESPOND SO STUPIDLY AS YOU JUST DID. YOU MUST BE ONE OF THE YOUNG FEMALES EHO WERE TALKING BEHIND THE COUNTER. AND I guarantee the menu HAS CHANGED. THE SERVING FEMALE SAID IT DID, WHEN I ASKED WHERE WERE THE LUNCH SPECIALS? SHE SAID, TODAYS IS A TACO. THERE USED TO BE A WHOLE SEPERATE MENU DURING THE WEEK OF LUNCH SPECIALS THAT INCLUDED AN ENTRE, BEANS, RICE, DRINK, CHIPS AND SALSA FOR A GOOD PRICE. IT WAS M-F DURING LUNCH HOURS. THE MENU ALSO HAD PHOTOS OF THE DISHES AVAILABLE ON THE REGULAR MENU. THE INE TODAY WAS GENERIC PRINTED, NO PHOTOS, AND THE ITEMS ARE DEFINITELY NOT THE SAME AS THEY USED TO BE.

Started coming here about 12 years ago and it was fairly consistent the first few years. But since then you never know what you are going to get from one trip to the next. The last time I gave them another try was about 3 years ago, and I made the gigantic mistake of going through the drive-thru since my girlfriend had to get to work. I sat there so long I was just trying to back out or pull forward and Escape but was trapped in between cars. She ended up being late for work and had to take the food in and eat it on her break. Never again will I try the drive-thru under any circumstances. I understand Sunday night may be a busy sometimes, but it was not really busy at all tonight. We had a very basic order of a few tacos and one burrito. Waited and waited and waited like many other times. Finally almost 40 minutes later our food came. I was shorted one taco, but by this time I was afraid to ask for anything else and wait another 40 minutes for the last Taco, so we took what we got and left it at that. The food was just mediocre at best, although the salsa good. The service was fair. I just don't understand these 30 or 40 minute Waits Time After Time when most times I go they are not busy at all. Very frustrated by this point, I decided not to wait another 20 minutes to get the check, so we just got up and went to the counter, paid the bill and left.
