Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Apple Valley

Placed an online order on 7/23/22 7:45pm. This may be a longer than usual post. Sorry in advance. Arrived from a 12 hr shift at work and the order had been placed just 10 min prior to my arrival and didn't mind having to wait a few more minutes to have the order finished for pick up. There were no customers inside and the staff was restocking the chip racks, taking out the trash and the only person there was standing right behind the counter using a laptop. I was told that she'd be with me in a minute and in a few moments she asked what I'd like to order and I explained that the order had already been placed. She told me that she had no orders and that I might have placed the order at a different location. I verified that the order was in fact placed at this location. It was at this moment my order was found and began to be processed. I used the bathroom while I waited. Not unusually dirty. The outside door handles were vere greasy and in need of a good scrub. The staff was very good and three team mates made quick work of the process. I could have got the same level of attention if my order was just a walk in. Being told to wait while my order ticket was clearly hanging in the order bar just two feet from the girl at the counter was a real turn off. The food was good, but I'm their haste, forgot a few toppings on two of the sandwiches. Low level of customer service in my book. Okay, so I just had lunch at Jersey Mike's in Apple Valley, and I have to say, I'm impressed. First off, the sandwich itself was fantastic. I went with the #12, the Cancro Special. The bread was perfect, soft but sturdy enough to hold all those delicious fillings. Honestly, it's one of the best subs I've had in a while.

But what really made the experience stand out was the service. Michelle and Adrian were absolutely amazing. They were both super friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the different options and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. They had great attitudes, even though it was pretty busy at lunchtime. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, and that makes a huge difference.

On top of the great food and service, the restaurant itself was spotless. Everything was clean and well-maintained, from the dining area to the counter. It makes a big difference when you can enjoy your meal in a clean environment. I stopped by for lunch today because I had a strong pregnancy craving that I couldn't ignore. I explained to the staff that it was my first time there (I've had Jersey Mike's before, but it was always purchased for me by someone else.) I wasn't quite sure what to get (I kind of wanted everything at that point), so the staff kindly gave me their suggestions.

When I mentioned that I'm pregnant and was hesitant to get the deli meat, a staff member informed me that their meats are on the safer side for pregnant women because it didnt contain a lot of junk that normal deli meat does. She also offered to throw the deli meat on their griddle for me to reduce the risk of listeria, which was so thoughtful for her to offer.
