Chopstix Hibachi — Restaurant in Appleton

After ordering here a few times I can confidently give my thoughts.

Fried rice is incredibly bland. Not even salt? Just oily with a few onions and the occasional pea and carrot, which don't add much to the flavor dept.

General tso's is mostly breading, including lots of breading chunks with no chicken at all. Or chicken that's so dry and tough in the middle I wonder how old it is.

Pepper steak is OK, steak is pretty overcooked and a bit rubbery but more palatable than general tsos.

Crab Rangoon filling is good, but the shape of them is unpleasant to eat comfortably.

Sweet and sour chicken is probably the only dish I'd order again, though other places in the area do them better. They provide ample sweet n sour sauce with tastes pretty good. Still pretty oily though.

Spring rolls are really oily inside and difficult to eat. Wrap is very chewy and near impossible to cut through without a lot of force.

So I pulled up the lady was changing the trash cans which was the same person who took my order. After placing my order she turned to the fridge to get the ingredients to prepare the food but she did not wash her hands I was so appauled so I confronted her about it she stated that the food is in a container & she was not touching my food I was like how/why?! I politely got my money back & I'm never going back how can you serve food wiping your hands in your hair & on your clothing I'm sorry but not this girl.... I mean she takes your order then go right to making your food without washing her hand & when confronted act like I offended her... Well ma'am I was very much so offended & maybe just maybe you will do better... It amazes me how some folks just think everything is just okay but never again & to anyone who is reading this pay attention to them when they prepare your food no gloves & they don't wash...

Hibachi Chopstix has completely won me and my family over! We ordered General Tso’s Chicken, crab rangoons, chicken sticks, and beef with broccoli and every single dish was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. After trying several Chinese restaurants in Appleton, this is the only one that truly delivered on quality and taste. My husband and kids were just as impressed as I was!
