I wasn't sure if they were open today so I just stopped. I went in, it wasn't too crowded I just can't believe how much they charge for things there these days you can go to the Dollar Store/Tree and get stuff cheaper and nicer and usually same product/item. not used seriously I mean the prices are a little outrageous same item at Dollar Tree that one checker on I don't know it was okay I like a couple of the other ones that are around here there's one in Neenah and one in Darboy I do like those ones and they're not as expensive. Some things but not like this one. Was but anyways but the clerk that was working was very nice I just run in there once in a while to check on and see what might be in there that's about it plus it's close to my mother's house so this heat wave we're having it was nice to go in a cool store. If they priced items fairly. Guarantee they'd get more business and regular customers. Would definitely be a very happy place and busy. It was brought to my attention about the prices from several Ppl. So I started checking things out myself. At different GoodWills and was noticeable. Heard Oshkosh Goodwill is highly recommend. I went to the store today and tried on this long purple dress and the price tag ripped off. I really like the dress. When I took it up to the register to pay for the dress I forgot to bring the tag along with me. Knowing that they were going to do the job, the lady who helped us called for a price check. I knew the dress was about 7.99-8.99 but I thought they wete going to be truthful and ask. The Manager with brown short hair an older lady probally in her mid 40's -50's came and looked at the dress. She brought a purple tag that said 14.99. Clearly, this made me upset because I knew she way overpriced the dress. This goodwill in the Menasha area is way to overpriced for already worn clothing! Although I still purchase the dress, I am disppointed at their customer service. I am a loyal GW patron and donate frequently to all of the stores in the area. The much older, overly aggressive and extremely tall manager with wide broad shoulders, and with long reddish dark hair, female? Who douses herself in bad, cheap perfume and a constant sour expression, is a racist bully. Do not shop at this store. It's overpriced to start with, the store is FILTHY, and then you have to deal with that. Go elsewhere. I reached out to the regional manager Edey twice after enduring several HORRIFIC experiences involving this woman and never received a follow up email or phone call. The standard under which this Goodwill location operates is absolutely abysmal - and yet they have the audacity to ask you for more money not once, but twice upon checkout.
