KFC — Restaurant in Fox Crossing

Okay, I don’t ever put anything on blast. If I get an order mess up I’m going to be crabby but half the time I won’t even get my order fixed because I feel too bad and I’m anxious. The further you read the worse it gets, I swear I’m not just mad about cole slaw and potatoes. I just want to suggest you don’t spend your time or money at the 1195 valley road Menasha location. I’ve never had a worse experience then I had today at KFC with my little brother. He’d never had it and I wanted some mashed potatoes and cole slaw so it all worked out!

We go in, we order, the girl at the register is like...dazed and has no rush whatsoever to her...whatever, this generation sucks at having good work ethic, I’m over it. we get a big bucket of popcorn chicken, large cole slaw, large mashed potatoes. I hate gravy but when I get it here they always tell me it’s on the side, so I don’t have to use it. We get our food and... small freaking potatoes with like 70% gravy. Gross, I can’t eat this. Whatever I’ll live without eating what I came here for and survive on cole slaw. It was actually straight cabbage. Literally. I actually tipped the cup over and there was no liquid more then 1tsp worth to the whole thing!!! It was HORRIBLE, and I LIKE cole slaw. Enough, I’ve had it, I’m going to ask if I can buy the correct potatoes and if they have cole slaw that isn’t just dry cabbage in a container before I buy another one. I’m actually really upset because I’m going to offer to pay for my food again, because I’m too nice to ask for a fix. While I’m waiting an old man has his order severely messed up, and looks to all of us in line and just says very disappointed and not to offend the workers, but “make sure you check your orders before you all leave”. Good god at least it’s not just me! Lady ahead of me orders 4 lemonades. It took them about 10 mins to finish her order. It’s LEMONADE. She eats handed the drinks and as she starts to leave she sets them back down... “um, there’s a DEAD BUG in this!” I’m like NO WAY. They et her a new one which ALSO HAS A BUG IN IT, WHAT IS GOING ON. She’s flustered and runs by us saying she’s sorry, they aren’t for her but she’s doing a food run and would feel bad for her coworkers. She’s out the door. ONE MINUTE LATER SHE RETURNS AND SLAMS THE CUP ON THE COUNTER AND MY GOD WAS SHE EVER IN THE RIGHT THERE WAS A BUG IN THAT ONE TOO. OH. MY. GOD. So I’ve had time to talk with people in line over this 20 min lemonade situation. The lady in front of me orders, seems fine. We’re laughing because what the heck is going on. I ask politely if they have cole slaw that isn’t just cabbage in a cup with no liquid, she says she will check. 8 mins later she gives me one. I’m frustrated and actually check it Infront of her by tipping it over to watch the liquid run to the lid. Seems fine, I’ve waited for 30 mins at this point to correct my order and I didn’t even get to the mashed potatoes—the reason I came here. I was too disgusted and angry, I’ve lost my appetite and just want to cry and get my money back. I’m embarrassed for them. Go outside next to the lady in front of me and we’re both getting in our cars when....EMPLOYEE RUNS OUTSIDE TO HER BCUZ THEY MESSED UP HER ORDER AND ACTUALLY CAUGHT IT AND TRADE HER.

I should mention I’ve been to this location once before with my husband, we went drive through, were told to pull forward to parking lot and food would be brought out. Okay. We waited 50 mins. I was angry. We went inside like um. Excuse us, maybe one person was behind us in drive through the entire time we were there. Turns out they FORGOT US FOR ALMOST AN HOUR!!!?? They did give us a chocolate cake which was very sweet but this is...

My 4 friends and I wanted to order a 20 pice bucket meal with original recipe .. with all the trimmings on the side excluding extra sides .. But we were told that they didn't have enough original recipe chicken and we'd have to have crispy we said okay.. Than after placing the 1st order we tried to order the next person's order abd was told its only 1 order per car and we'd have to pay for the 1st order and come back through the drive through.. The 1st order was than canceled due to the employees sour attitude towards my friend.. But we drove around for the next person's order and when we did so we asked why we had to go through this when anywhere else we wouldn't have to do one order at a time and make several trips through the drive through just to place and additional order we were told at that time its their policy one order per car per person per car... In the end we just ended up leaving with out buying anything .. The service was rude and had sour attitudes.. We even asked if we could come inside they told us no it's closed to public.. KFC YOUR COSTMOR SERVICE SUCKS A**...

AND YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR DRIVEWAY ITS THE WORST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IN THE VALLEY.. POOR SERVICE BAR NONE OF ANY KFC IVE EVER BEEN TOO... THIS KFC DOESNT EVEN DESERVE...

I had a $5 gift card for kfc that I needed to use, that's the only reason I came. After reading all the negative reviews at this kfc and others, I did not have high expectations for the visit. When entering the parking lot, I encountered a huge pothole, which if i hadn't been paying attention, could have damaged my lower sedan car. There was a narrow stretch between the pothole and the curb, which i had to carefully stay between. It was deep enough that if i had driven over it, it could have caused damage. The girl at the counter was very friendly and took the time to type in the gift card number when the card swiper was not working. I had previously gone to the Neenah location and they could not get the gift card to work. I also tried to order online and there was no option to pay with a gift card. I ordered the 2 piece chicken, it was good and was ready quickly. I would definitely go back to this location. From what I have seen and heard about kfc, they are on the decline, but my experience here was evidence to the contrary. If they would pay more attention to maintaining their parking lot, I think there is hope for kfc to make a comeback. Fix your parking lot and I will change my...
