Don't get the wrong idea - I am not a typical "disgruntled customer who had a bad experience". This place is really, extraordinarily sub-par, by any business standards.

I am changing my review from two stars to one. Their e-liquid is overpriced and most tastes like garbage. The labels for the juice are printed in-store, which leads me to believe it's all mixed in a back room somewhere. I won't touch the stuff. Also, every single item in the store is a generic brand "ebay special", and they charge the same as (if not more than) other stores for a lower quality item. I've been to the store three times, and every time the item I bought died within a day.

Today I stopped in to buy an 18650 battery charger, since the other store in town was out of stock. The charger didn't work, right from the start. Took it apart, had to solder a broken wire - it was brand new, but mysteriously, not in a box (like everything else in the store).

The two previous times I went to this store, I bought a light up cartomizer, thought it was cool looking, but the LED died within a day, and when the LED burned out, the carto wouldn't work. I also bought two replacement coils for Kanger tanks, they weren't Kanger brand (they were about 1/4 inch shorter) and they weren't in the blister pack - the sales person went in his "personal stash" and pulled them out of his coat pocket, then tried to sell them to me for $3 a piece. GROSS!

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. Drive across town and buy from a reputable store - it's less than 5 minutes away, you know which one I'm talking about. Shop here if you like, but I'll never...

ive been to the shop a few times, its really not that bad, they do have a lot of juice. personally all the juice ive bought from this shop has never lived up to what i expected but that's all personal opinion. the only issues ive had is now twice when i buy replacement 18650s the batteries are clearly "refurbished"? they don't come in the boxes like you get when you buy them brand new, they last no where near as long as they should yet this shop sells them at full price. maybe ive had bad luck, i don't know, but Ive had friends that have had the exact same experience with the batteries. other than that, the service ive had has actually been very good, even the newer employees are open and honest about their experiences and are never afraid to get other staff involved if you had a question they cant answer. id like to give this shop a 5 but with the bad experiences Ive had with batteries, i just cant. its kind of like a test your luck when it comes to that. ill say though, ill still go back for replacement coils, and the occasional quick juice fix when online retailers are short of stock, but ill have to be in a hard spot if i ever buy batteries from...

Bought $80 worth of pods from Noah for the system I have used for a year. He was very kind and helpful. I got home and something was faulty with 4 of them. I went in today and the guy working was a condescending little punk. He wouldn't help me problem-solve or give me any ideas of what might have gone wrong with them. Simply said he won't be giving me a refund for them. When I asked him who the owner was he said the owner wasn't going to care and that he only comes in 4 or 5 minutes a week... I don't know if that's the case, but I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service and treatment. I took my burned pods to A to z vape just to see if they could give me some ideas even though I didn't purchase them there. The staff was extremely helpful and took my coils apart and walked me through different ideas as to why they might not work. They also gave me refund information, and I didn't even purchase them there. THAT is the kind of service I look for.
