We are so incredibly happy that Dalla Terra moved in down the block! If you haven't visited them yet, this is a very special spot; and an absolute must for pasta lovers. We were blown away by the variety, and so incredibly impressed by their mission to utilize local ingredients. Their Chocolate Tagliatelle uses Wilmar Chocolates cocoa, a local chocolate shop that has been a part of the Fox Valley for over sixty years! So neat.

The owners are personable and approachable, it is clear how passionate they are about what they are creating; and their pride really shines through their products.

The best pasta I have ever had! I made Italian Sausage and Radiatore Pasta recipe with the red and green radiatori. It was phenomenal! It will be made again for a family function. The cracked lemon pepper Tagliatelle I used in a chicken paprikash recipe. The Tagliatelle was so good and pure, it really added to the dish. I like how the ingredients are all simple and pure.
