Lullabye Shop — Local services in Town of Grand Chute

My husband are expecting twins and we’re hoping to utilize the lullaby shop for a stroller we had done research on. When we arrived today we found the city select stroller we were looking at online and wanted more details about compatible car seats. The salesman that helped us did not acknowledge our direct question in regards to compatible car seats and took us to show us the Britax car seat. We appreciated the fact that he educated us on a different car seat however we had already done some research on car seats and were looking at a graco car seat. And simply there to confirm their compatibility. This gentleman stated several times that he thought it would be better if we went to target or Walmart as they were “more our price range” and that britax was the only “high performance car seat made in the US” ultimately we walked away without purchasing anything and will likely never be back. Very disappointed in the customer service we received and will discourage expecting friends and family from utilizing...

This is by far my favorite store I’ve shopped at in 2020! I searched for a dresser and crib that was free of harmful chemicals and no one had stock, except the Lullabye Shop. I drove from MN to WI to pick it up and they were very helpful in getting it loaded in my vehicle. They graciously accommodated a color change once I arrived (as I purchased online without seeing it). They even stayed a bit later to help me load it as I had to rent a trailer from across the street because the crib wouldn’t fit in my vehicle. Unfortunately when I got home I realized that the dresser they sent was the wrong color. Not a problem, they actually offered to drive it to us promptly and take the other one back with them. Every interaction with them, from selection to pickup, was filled with great customer service and a truly helpful nature. I highly recommend this store...

The owner along with his sons were extremely helpful. We ordered our whole crib set after spending hours looking around and asking questions, which they had no problem answering. They have even helped load up our bassinet in the vehicle when we came back another time. I am extremely happy with our furniture and its nice to find quality rather than your cheap furniture that you can get at your big box stores. The only issue we had was part of our order was lost during shipping but was completely out of their hands. Some people would probably drop a star for something out of the stores control but things happen. We ended up getting everything we ordered and they had delivered and set up everything quickly and we couldnt be happier. Will definitely recommend Lullabye Shop to anyone looking for...
