Saturday evening my wife and I made an impromptu stop at Pizza Hut on Meade Street in Appleton, as we do maybe once or twice a month, we've lived just down the road for 12 years. We have picked up our dinners here faithfully and we've seen this restaurant through many management and staff changes. Most have been good to even great experiences up until the last two times we've been in. There were two managers for maybe about the last year, one short older woman late forties and another short petite woman in her late thirties, both were very good gals. It's nice to see great customer service like that now a days. Sadly, they both seem to be gone and even worse is the younger gal who brought in to replace them. Now I don't have any problems with a little reefer, although the smell overpowered the pizza, this new gal asked for a name to put on the order I repeated it three times for her before she said "whatever" and spelled my name H-E-R-E, she laughed and then took our order. She complained about working alone and made a rude comment to my wife. We waited while she made the order then put it in the oven, after almost 30 minutes and watching our order roll out of the oven and sitting at the edge getting cold and hollering to the back wasnt bringing her attention we left. I'm glad we didn't prepay or I imagine we'd be out that money. Maybe we'll check back in a year but will not be ordering from...
Read moreMy partner called them ahead of time and asked Meade Street Pizza Hut, TWICE, if they were the newest Pizza Hut near the Walmart in Darboy. They proceeded to say yes and took our order. (Darboy on Google and Google maps is considered Appleton in some areas) We went to the Darboy Pizza hut, they didn't have our order, we called Meade Street again. A new employee had answered the phone, we asked again on if it was the place near Walmart and they said no. Had to drive to Appleton, then had our order wrong too after bringing it to the car. (Was told they didn't have anymore $7 personal pizza boxes and that they had to smush both of our pizzas in a singular box when it was actually in the same pizza.) They remade our boneless chicken wings, however we were told that they had dropped our wings and had to remake them AGAIN. We were sitting in that sketchy Pizza Hut for over 40 minutes just to get our correct order. To top it all off when we finally got our order the female employee handed us our order and told us "Next time double check that it's the right place". (She did give us a discount for our next order) I am honestly so disappointed with how they handled this. They could have told us that no it was not new or even next to a Walmart, also they had told my partner that this isn't the first time that the person who took our order had messed up previous...
Read moreThis place is TERRIBLE. We give so much business to them over the past 4 years because it is the only pizza my son likes. Called tonight; pizza would take 45 minutes. Fine. Under current circumstances, we're just grateful they will deliver. An hour goes by, no pizza. An hour and 25 minutes goes by, no pizza. I called. The same guy who took my original call and order answered the phone. I explained it was almost 40 minutes past the time he said the pizza would be delivered (I was not upset, was just trying to find out when it would be here...we are so chill; like I said, we're grateful there is delivery) and could I find out when it was coming; the man (with a thick accent) mumbled something and put me on hold...for 15 minutes! Never came back on the phone. I hung up and called again. The recording immediately came on, playing on loop, for another 10 minutes. I hung up. So disappointing in light of how much pizza we order from you. Not even sure why he wouldn't talk to me; I was polite. I am not even upset as I type this; it is just par for the course with this particular Pizza Hut on Meade Street. Terrible terrible service. It pains me to spend my money with them but like I said, my son...
