The WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have always had issues with this Taco Bell location and I mean always. Last night I went decided to give it one more shot and it completely dropped the again. If Corporate or anyone important actually reads these, please get rid of this employee and get this location straightened out.
Lengthy Rundown: I made an online order for in store pickup last night while my friends took the car and made another stop. When I got there, the doors were locked and an employee leaving told me to call and let them know. So I called 3 times and no one answered. Very annoying when I can see people standing inside not doing anything. As I called again, another employee who seemed to be the manager or something rudely asked me- Her: What do you want? Me: I made an online order for in store pick up but it’s locked. Her: Well that’s too bad, my lobby is closed. You need to get in the drive thru line like everyone else. Me: But I don’t have a car, that’s why I chose in store pickup. It says my food is ready, can’t you just grab it and run it out to me quick. Her: No, that’s not my problem you don’t have a car. Either get in line or get a refund. (As she slammed the door and locked it)
I was seriously stunned by the blatant disrespect to a customer so tried to cancel my order and get a refund. However, since my food was already made it would allow me. My friends came back to pick me up and decided to wait in the drive thru. I got the new $6 double steak cheese wrapped burrito and I couldn’t have been more disappointed. For being double steak, it has like 4 small chunks and the rest was mainly rice. Also there was several pieces of lettuce, which doesn’t come on this. And the cheese on the outside looked like it was just a slice they microwaved on.
Needless to say, I, along with everyone else I know, will never being returning to this Taco Bell location again and I strongly recommend whoever reads this to do the same. Taco Bell please look at this and all the other negative reviews and try to fix...
Read moreFirst off, this Taco Bell location has been well known locally to be bad for years, with slow service, a high chance of wrong orders, and a (anecdotal in my experience) roughly 75% of being canceled if ordering through a service like Uber Eats . Recently they remodeled this location and I thought I would give it another chance today. I can say that the store is now clean, and the interior actually looks pretty nice, already things are looking up right? As I stand by the counter looking at the menu trying to figure out what I would like to order a person there goes "Hello, you should use the kiosk behind you when you want to order" my response "No problem, thanks". I proceed to use the kiosk, only to find that some of what I was going to order was not in the menu (but on the board behind the counter). I then spend the next 8 minutes trying to flag any employee down, including the person working the drive through window who had asked me to use the kiosk, even calling out "excuse me", meanwhile not a single order has gone out the window, and I can hear and see the employees laughing, joking, playing catch with garbage (using plastic cup lids like Frisbees) and doing everything but work. Finally the person at the drive through window looked over at me, visibly rolled her eyes, walked over and this was how the interaction went: Her "Yes?" Me: "A couple of things I wanted to order are not on the kiosk system" her: "ok" me: "Could I order those?" her "did you order your other stuff?" me: "no, why would I order a partial order?" her: "Well if you do your main order there and you want that other stuff I guess I could do that part here" me: "Why wouldn't I do it all here, like a normal order?" her: "What do you think a normal order is?" me: "You know, doing it all at once so it all comes at the same time, and is paid for once" her: "whatever. what do you want from me" me: "Attentive service, would be a good start" her: "I'm talking to you" me: "thanks, have a good evening, this location just lost...
Read more0 stars if that was an option. I gave up on Taco Bell years ago due to poor quality food, service, and corporate getting rid of every good item on the menu...but I have tried this location 3 times since then simply because it's the only option "open" after 10pm. The posted hours don't mean a thing because the junkie working the counter will close whenever they feel like it. All 3 times visiting this location in the span of a year and half I have yet to actually get food. Being short staffed is one thing, but having employees who are being paid to work there and cannot comprehend that simple task is another thing. I considered making a complaint the last 2 times, but as a reasonable Midwestern I obliged to the excuses I was given on why I was not served. Tonight on the other hand, I was told the "the machine is down, can't take any more orders" as 3 other vehicles has just placed orders. Then as I drive away, 4 employees all stepped outside for a smoke break. I've gotten food from a McDonald's that has 2 high schoolers working at a much later time in the night. The fact that 4 burnouts put together cannot put together a burrito is astonishing given the fact that a burrito is probably the only food they have ate in the past week. This location has at least 4 "employees", in today's labor market? Half the restaurants who are not "fast food" would be grateful to have 4 employees in total, not just working a shift together. Thinking about stopping at Taco Bell? Better off going home and having sleep for dinner because you will have a much more pleasant evening and morning by doing so....
