Delicious drinks as expected. Past couple of times I went through drive thru the workers were quite rude. I told them at the drive through that I was using my app for whatever coupon or promotion I had those times. They seemed to understand but when I reached the pick-up window they were confused and told me that next time I had to tell them that I was going to use something off my app. Happening once or twice I can handle but it’s the third time where they have said the exact same thing. I have worked customer service multiple times and I have always been told that you should never tell the customer what to do or that they did something wrong. Even if they are wrong you have to go with “the customer is always right”. Calm and clean atmosphere in the inside so I would suggest to order inside or order on the app to pick up in the store. I tried picking up my order through the drive thru window and I guess when the app tells you that it is done it’s not actually done. People at the window didn’t appreciate me picking up my pick-up at the drive thru. Even though it’s an option. Anyway either go inside or go to a different Starbucks if you don’t want people to be rude towards you.

High volume with a quick turnover is the norm for most; I was lucky to have come to this Starbucks at the right time. This site has an extraordinary employee who provided that personal service in a friendly and professional manner. Christine was knowledgeable on the food items to aid me in my choice for a low calorie lunch. Despite having a long drive through lane, she did not make me feel rushed. Nov 18th 24, look at that a whole month later and here I am again.

This location is horrendous, they need corporate intervention. Because clearly the current manager just can't get it done. Or they just don't care.

This location consistently ignores customers, they will not say a damn thing to you 90% of the time, they'll glare at you left and right but they will not acknowledge you. When they do they give you an attitude because they're busy, yeah well that's the job pretty sure you knew that when you've applied for it, if you can't handle it get a different job Don't give people attitude because your job is busy at the moment, we all have busyness at our jobs and we don't get to give customers attitude. Take some actual pride in your job. Furthermore they don't pay attention to the orders for shit. They consistently put delivery orders as in shops and vice versa, they also don't label the bags half the time. This is not a hard job, I have worked very similar jobs and I assure you it is not a hard job It may be a busy and tedious job but it is not a hard job, do your damn jobs. That includes the manager, if your employees cannot do their jobs as required then you should find new employees. There is no reason that A drink should take 10 minutes when there's no one in the store, there's no reason that I should be standing there 10 minutes with nobody asking me what I need or what I'm looking for, if I have been helped, if I'm waiting to place an order, if my order isn't there and should be, something.

If I was the franchise owner I would close the store and fire half of the employees at this point. You are not doing your owner anything favors.

Oct 18th 24, wow look at that 2 days later and they're still doing it. Prioritizing your drive-thru over your third party delivery is a violation of your contracts with third party delivery. If a customer has paid for their order their order should be made before any new orders end of story, your corporate agrees with me cuz I've already talked to them and I'll be making another call since it's so difficult for you guys to understand this.

You don't prioritize the drive-thru just because they are there at the store, every customer should be treated equally It doesn't matter how they order, first come gets served first end of story this is basic customer service at any restaurant or coffee house, this is first day stuff figure it out

Oct 16th 24, I have been waiting over 10 mins for an order that was supposed to be ready. There are NO in shops. The employees completely ignored myself and another customer to prioritize drive through. When one of us asked for an ETA on the orders we were snapped at that the drinks are being worked on.

Shortly after That happened, the employee made a comment to another employee about how she's completely over DoorDash deliveries, okay so you're deliberately not making our orders because you're sick of your own job? I have always used the drive-thru @ the Starbucks on Northland Ave in Appleton, WI. when one pulls up there's that long awkward looking line. One would think I'd be chill by now, Instead 😨 that's my face as, I do my usual "GROWL!" Smackin' my steering wheel. "omg, and JIC FYI (did someone say coconut milk? sure did😍🤗) So I order my MOCHA LIGHT FRAPPUCCINO my way and boom My point that awkward looking/seeming drive-thru is just that! Thanks BARISTAS & STAFF! I appreciate HOW friendly and fast this location is.( In the drive thru) Update-7/29/2017 I am not a novice with apps and most point programs for stores I can figure out cause I can read, this being said. I went inside to obtain an iced coffee I also had a question about Starbucks app bc none of my stars (0 ) were showing up yet it said it stated clearly I had a certain amount. In an email. I wanted a manager to just look at it I was looking for nothing free.... I had just reached gold status... the cashier asked a gentleman to assist me, he blew me off quickly and rudely, call 1-800 number if u hv a prob that's fine but he never listened to my ? And there was no-one to wait on and 5 employees.... didn't even...
