Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Appomattox

On 10/11 I placed an order for four pizzas from Domino’s in Appomattox, VA. Upon receiving the order, all four pizzas were completely burnt and not edible. I immediately called the store to report the issue and spoke with the manager.

The manager refused to issue a refund, stating that I would need to bring all of the pizzas back to the store. I explained that we live approximately 35 minutes away, and returning the pizzas would waste additional time and gas money for a problem that was caused by the store’s poor food quality. Despite this, the manager still refused to help, stated that the owner was out of town, and hung up the phone on me during the conversation.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. The food was not fit for consumption and the store failed to handle the situation professionally or appropriately. Filed...

Center not cooked completely. Second pizza had maybe 2 teaspoons of sauce. These pizzas was rushed. Last order it took two hours for two large pizzas to be delivered 7 mintes down the road. I know Covid has everything messed up but quality has to be maintained if you wanna stay around for long. Gonna try pizza hut next time.

I have to give a new review of domino's pizza. I was contacted by domino's new manager about the pizza's we last gave a review of, domino's apologized for the quality and offered to make it right. The food was good, but I waited a good 10 minutes at the pick up counter while the worker finished up an order, then he made three pizzas and put them in the oven, made up some chicken and put that in the oven, and was getting ready to start something else, and I asked if he could get my order. I knew it was ready, because I saw the TV monitor when I walked in and it said my order was ready now. I paid for my order and he put everything on the counter and walked away. I asked for a bag and he had me wait until he got a pizza out of the oven, cut it up and put it in a box. He seemed short with me because I asked for a bag, but I had a salad and three other boxes ( not pizza boxes) and didn't want everything sliding around in the car on the way home. Very rude...
