I came back to change my review. I love the new look especially the digital screens. I like how McDonald's is slowly changing their products to be more natural and healthy. The service has gotten slightly better. Keep it up guys and girls. š New review: so a lot has definitely changed since my last review which I Left up above. The service is okay when it's certain people working and which I do not know their names or anything but I know one is a white male with a kind of monotone voice. He's overall really nice and gets things done. however a lot of the others just don't care at all and make you feel like they don't care. My biggest pet peeve is the fact that their espresso machine is either always down or being cleaned. it's almost never up. like just a few minutes ago I went there asked if it was up she said it need it to be cleaned and probably wouldn't be back up till tomorrow. like I'm pretty sure that's not how it works from what I understand about the machine but okay.... I can never get the coffees that I want from this place because of it. it's funny because if you go to Lynchburg 25 minutes away the main McDonald's that stays open 24 hours a day almost always has it up and running. like how is theirs always working and not constantly being cleaned or some crap but this places is never up? I mean it's absolutely absurd because it's reminiscent of the infamous ice cream machine stuff... please look into this place and the workers you've got. making these coffees really isn't that...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreStore was closed at 5:15am because there was no manager present. Unfortunately, no signs were posted to inform customers which left several waiting to be helped in the drive thru. Staff chose to ignore customers until they (the customers) left. When finally contacted, staff chose to be rude, defiant, and antagonistic instead of simply apologizing and rectifying a situation with a pre-scheduled order that was being picked up but now due to time constraints needed to be canceled. This is one of many instances Iāve had at this location where I leave unsatisfied, frustrated, and worst of all, hungry. This wasnāt even the worst experience Iāve had there. That being said, I will not be back after this and I urge others to take the money that they work way too hard for and spend it somewhere where you will be treated with respect and appreciation. The staff that were present were not very friendly and at some points during my visit, i witnessed them be short, inpatient, & sometimes even down right rude to the guests trying to order their food. The drive thru was so disorganized the drivers didn't know if they were coming or going. Half the cars were going the wrong way through the parking lot, to the point i didn't feel comfortable letting my children get out of the vehicle, because i was scared they may get hit by a bewildered or disgruntled customer. Now, as if this experience wasn't traumatizing enough, when i finally got my order back to where i needed to. Only to discover nearly half of what i paid for actually made it in the bag.
