I stopped around 1:30 after a 3 hour drive when I saw the Chinese Buffet, I was very excited. When I walked in I realized the Buffet was empty,NO BUFFET. I was disappointed to say the least. I then noticed an Italian restaurant Penos I think was the name. I walked up to the door only to see a sign in the window, Closed Monday. Unfortunately this was on a Monday. There are multiple shops in this shopping center, currently including Kroger, Dollar General, ABC, Schewels, a hair cut, nail, a tax place, and Chinese, Italian, and Spanish restaurants. The Krogar has an outside Redbox. It is of moderate cleanliness, with a tendency to have bags or paper on the ground and spills. It is typically somewhat crowded and the traffic is a bit chaotic. A nice stopping off point, for lunch, when traveling with the camper, from Richmond-Petersburg up to the mountains or the other way around. Plenty of room to pull you rig in and park, a selection places to get lunch and a couple of good, easy to get into gas stations to top up at.
