First of all, when we walked in, we were not greeted or even acknowledged even though a few waitresses passed us. The sign that said to seat yourself was turned so you couldn't see it unless you really looked for it. We found a seat and waited a while to get menus. Finally got them and barely had time to look at it before the waitress was asking for our order. She then proceeded to come back every 2 minutes (the menu has 4 pages to look over) and we felt rushed. When we went to order, my mom tried to ask the waitress what chorizo was. She did not understand what we were asking and had to get someone else to answer our question. The answer we got was "it is meat, very greasy meat." She repeatedly told us this with a big emphasis on the greasy part. We had to point to what we wanted on the menu because the waitress did not understand English very well. This seemed to be the theme of the place. Only 2 waitresses spoke and understood English well. The waitress brought me a plate that wasn't even close to what I ordered and I had to make hand signals to get her to understand that this was not my order. She finally figured out that it was for the next table. The food finally came and it had no seasoning. It was very bland! When we told the lady at the register, she didn't care less! Just took our money and continued to take phone orders instead of treating us like we mattered at all. The worst Mexican food place ever!!! Will not be back and will be posting this on social media! 😡😠 If I could give negative stars, this place...
Read moreOrdered ribeye steaks both over cooked and very tuff, terrible cuts of meat. Explained how important no cheese, dairy, was on the baked potato, if fact I said butter only. I have a medical condition and dairy makes me violently ill. The backed potato had cheese and large chunks of bacon in it. I don’t believe the waitress understood the menus as she asked me if I wanted corn or flower with my stake dinner and looked confused when my husband ordered one of their signature shots. It was useless to complain, the meal was practically over before anyone at all asked if it was alright, they couldn’t seam read the discus on my face and the potato sitting in the chip basket they need to open their eyes. Worst meal I’ve ever paid 45.00 for. Not sorry I didn’t tip. I usually tip at least 20% as I know that’s their real pay. Don’t know if that is how they handle all out of town patrons, but I’d stay clear of that place. I hope the Mexican dishes are good. Maybe that’s how they stay in business. But again I can’t tolerate most Mexican food and that’s what my husband wanted and why I went...
Read moreWe stopped here for breakfast. I am really not sure why patrons think it is ok to bring their dog inside a restaurant. One lady had brought her big "fake service" dog in the restaurant. I had asked the guy working about it. He mentioned they can not say anything about it. I told him they can ask, "What service does the dog provide you?" If the person replies, "They are my emotional support." Emotional Support dogs are NOT Service Dogs and should not be allowed in easting establishments. The service was very quick. We placed our order after we sat down and they immediately brought us our food. I had ordered the sausage and they had it cut like an Octopus. The beans had a great flavor to them. The tortillas were homemade. My kid commented that they had the color he liked. Tortillas are usually under cooked. We did have to ask for red salsa. I was also very flavorful. I was impressed they also used real cheese and not that fake "American Cheese" and try to pass it off as "Authentic Mexican". This place is definitely...
