Hubby and I popped in on a Friday night around 10ish. ⭐️ Most of the restaurants in the area are closed early in the off season. Wanting to catch a late dinner and some drinks to catch up with each other after a long work week. As we arrived I noticed a very comfy out door seating area for the smokers. ⭐️ I use to be a smoker, and appreciate a decent sitting area. This one was very cozy. When we went indoors I felt a little disoriented cause I was walking between pool tables and guest. Then we had to pass in front of a group singing karaoke to get to the sitting area. It was a little awkward. We sat down and before I could remove my sweater and set my purse down a young lady was at our table to welcome us introduced herself as Leann. ⭐️ After hearing that pina colada was not available that evening I decided to take a shot, having no idea that there was a menu full of an assortment of delicious shots. ⭐️ then when I wasn’t sure what they were. Leann came over with a book and described all the shots to me.⭐️We ordered several shots and the GOAT 🐐 appetizer to start. The shots all came fast. ⭐️The food came fast ⭐️and it was delicious.⭐️I was expecting a prefrozen to fry type bar food. But I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered our dinner & it came out fast and hot and hand battered.⭐️ After our dinner I saw on the list a shots one that was perfect to end the night with “The blower job” I was so surprised when all the female staff came out to bring me my last shot. And told me that I don’t have to but in true shot fashion how I was supposed to take the shot without using my hands. And then cheered me on as I proceeded to shoot it! I felt like one of the girls!!⭐️ We had a great time. ⭐️After so many shots the people jumping up to sing karaoke were actually sounding pretty good to me. ⭐️I will be recommending this little gem to all my guest. And I will be back for...
Read moreI’m going to be completely honest with this review. This place has a long way to go if they are going to make it . We sat at the bar , BYOB ( no alcohol, waiting on license) The waitress brought us a plastic ice cream bucket to put our beer in . We ordered cheese sticks, tomatos, BLT and shrimp po boy.. She never gave us silverware or napkins, I had to get them from another table. The food was so so …. Very overpriced for what we were served. This place is not inviting at all… I’m assuming one lady who talked briefly to us was the owner , as she had her kids and several people she was sitting with . It would have been nice for her to engage with customers . Honestly, I don’t see how this place is going to make it . The tv was on a channel that I’ve never even seen. ( not what I would expect from a “sports bar”) Unless you have no other choices, I wouldn’t waste my time here . I felt like I was eating at the most boring, overpriced pop up restaurant. I wish them the best , but they have a long way to go if they are trying to attract...
Read moreIf I could give a -5 stars I would. Unfortunately, I cannot. After all of the negativity I’ve been seeing about this place on Facebook, I went against my better judgment and decided to give it a try and form my own opinion of the establishment. Walked in, saw a couple of employees standing around with their phones in their faces (first red flag that screamed LEAVE) but my party and I sat down anyways. We had wings, the goat appetizer and combo of 3 (fish, shrimp & oysters). Wings were about as good as the ones you can buy in a bag at HEB, but I’m not too much complaining. Fried pickles & mushrooms were pretty good. Waitress asked if I wanted coconut batter on my fish and I declined. My plate comes and, whatayaknow, it HAS coconut batter. Had it not taken 30 minutes to get our drinks and another hour and 15 minutes to get our food I would have sent it back. Instead, I ate the oysters (were decent, at best) & the spicy shrimp and called it a day. I will not ever be back. Mercedes Benz prices with Ford...
