Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Aransas Pass

1st off I tried calling this Popeyes to let them know that number one my food was cold and biscuits were so hard I was unable to eat them I called 6 x to let them know, no answer Then I decided to chalk it up and just eat my chicken sandwich because I worked all day and was hungry so I started eating the sandwich which was the incorrect sandwich I ordered, was eating the mashed potatoes and only had one bite left of potatoes and looked down found a bug in the gravy That really sucked after not getting contact by any human I emailed corporate they wanted to give me a 15 dollar coupon, sorry myself or my family will no longer eat there, sucks because I really like the place, I have still not talked to anyone about this I have left several messages to probably a BOT or something Yall can do better If you don’t like ur job enough to care about what your doing just move on find another place that doesn’t put food in people’s stomach Who knows how many bugs I ingested I could deal with the incorrect cold food but I work really hard for the money I spent at your establishment just to get treated like I did. I don’t want any discount or free food vouchers I’m absolutely disgusted...

Was craving some Popeye's today!! This location has been hit and miss for the past almost year that I have lived in Aransas Pass. Today, because of COVID I decided to just go through the drive thru. The male that took my order didn't pay attention, I ordered a 3 piece chicken only meal. I requested 2 legs and a wing with the mild flavor. I advised that when I initially placed my order. When I drove up to the window, there was an elderly male that was impatient as I was getting the $6 cash to pay for my food. He handed me my food, and I drove off without waiting for my change or receipt. When I arrived home to eat my meal, the chicken appeared to have been re-fried!! The wing was not edible as it was so severely fried that it was too hard to eat. The legs were in the same condition. I paid $5.42 for a meal that I could only stomach the biscuit. The biscuit was the only plus to the meal. It appeared to be fresh....

STAY AWAY. Fri mar 31 2023 approx 3pm, went through drive through. Person taking order was i guess mad, was pushy and rude while taking order. I didn’t even get to look at entire menu. 4 meals to include one kids meal. At window, heavy set butchy lady w missing teeth. Very rude and unprofessional. Received food but then it Got mad that we asked for ketchup…. Basically threw it at me when handed it to me. Oh btw, IT WAS THE MANAGER. Who to call and complain to?! We had been driving, were hungry so we ate the food despite it being cold and stale. Over priced and poor service. Never again. Im sure ill get some generic response from popeyes corp, dont bother, instead i left date and time, look into it and either retrain that person or find someone that can treat customers...
