EDIT: Jeffrey contacted me , hall wireless and the air conditioning portion work separately is what is explained to me. He came and repaired the minisplit. I know it gets busy but I hope they can manage the communication issues better

Avoid Hall Wireless and Jeffrey at all costs!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Hall Wireless, specifically with a contractor named Jeffrey. They were hired to install air conditioning mini-splits in my home, but the installation was done improperly from the start. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they have been unresponsive, unprofessional, and dismissive of my concerns.

Jeffrey has repeatedly ignored my calls, and when they did respond, they gave me false promises about fixing the problem and claimed a part was on its way. Months have passed with no updates or resolution, and now they’ve stopped responding entirely. At one point, they even lied, saying they’d contacted me multiple times when they clearly hadn’t (my house is surrounded by cameras I can see when people arrive) It’s clear they just want to avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes and don’t care about their customers once they’ve received payment.

The installation was funded by a nonprofit, and it’s appalling that they would take money from a charitable organization and then leave me with faulty equipment. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reputable contractor.

I have been dealing with a $1000 mini split that blew itself apart after 3 months.. I could’ve got it for hundreds less by purchasing from any of the marketplace sellers but I purchased at Hall Wireless because they offered a warranty.. They have been giving me the runaround for a month now… apparently their warranty is as worthless as their customer service. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place. Either buy your mini split on marketplace for way cheaper or just order one online. I just moved to AP and thought I would buy locally to support fellow business owners. I should’ve read their reviews, I’m not the first one to be screwed by these thieves.

Went in for a product which they had but refused to sell it to me because in their words "I might miss use the product and they don't want be held liable" . In my 20yrs of electronics I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. Now I have to drive 40 mils to a real electronics store to pick up a simple item.
