Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Arbutus

I've given this place alot of my business. If I ordered food they were my go to but they have a delivery man that refuses to bring my order to my door. The last time I ordered food he called to tell me he was here. I told him thank you I'll be right there. He called again when he realized I was waiting for him to bring me my order to my open door. He said "you come to car." I told him "no bring it to my door like your meant to." then he started arguing with me so I hung up and called the business. The woman who answered was very nice and I told her the delivery man is very rude and won't bring my order to my door. I told her "it's dark and windy outside and I'm standing at my door without shoes and in a robe." she said the driver had called her and said a group of people were standing on the corner of my street and that's why he was refusing to come up to my door. That was a lie I didn't see anyone standing at the corner. He was just lazy and didn't want to walk up the steps to my door. She said wait a moment let me call him back and try to get him to go to your door. I told her I didn't want the food anymore because I was too uncomfortable about having a grown man come up to my door and argue with me about delivering the food I'm paying him to deliver to me. I told her I want a refund for not getting my food. She said she didn't have the authority to do that so I paid for food I didn't get and had to deal with horrible service and a aggressive bad additude. They lost my business never ordering...

The order was so messed up and Awlful we order a, turkey sub with everything extra meat and cheese and everything! it came with only meat cheese there wasn't even oil vinegar or mayo no olives no onions no Pickel and no peppers what heck wrong you ppl! We order boneless wings you send wings, with bones! We order mozzarella Cheese Sticks you sent a, cheese pizza. After calling and complain about order you call and tell us your not remaking sub and sent a container only with lettuce tomatoes and no other items as we said we want everything on sub!, we wanted a sub with everything! Then when you come out with what was to be new order you Still bring out no Cheese Sticks and a cheese pizza sliced into bread piece's! The order was all wrong and 85 mins and we're still waiting after calling 3rd time again to get a simple order corrected.. I dont suggest this place at all Worst service ever!! Don't get take out from this place after 9 PM that's for darn sure we placed order at 10:15pm and at moment it's 12:24 and we're still waiting a third time!!!

Ohhh...and the company still owes me $4.00 for over charging us difference in wrong order, and, right order your driver only gave us $6.00 in cash...

At first the food was great. I even became a loyal costumer there since I moved into this area. Until… one of the drivers kept knocking on my door begging for a tip because apparently it wasn’t enough. Oh this isn’t the only thing. When ordering online I put extra meat on my cheesesteak and I paid almost 4 dollars extra for it, only to receive little to no meat on it. I also had a recent problem with one of the drivers and their nasty attitude. He expected me to trust him take the food and the 100 dollar bill in order for me to receive my change. I had to wait 20 extra minutes. Just to get a nasty attitude because I told him he is not taking a full 100 dollar bill and MY FOOD to get my change. The food I got was cold and had fat pieces through out the meat. Truth is their service sucks and best to go to east drive to get your sub. And sorrentos to get your pizza. Suggestion for the work place: fire your delivery drivers and make sure they bring change when delivering without getting snarky with someone. since it is your job to deliver food it is common sense to bring change with you without your...
