Ordered through the website which ended up being delivered by DoorDash through them. When I received my order it was wrong. Not pleased but I can just get a refund or a new delivery, I’ve got time tonight…. So I thought. I called the store and it was very unprofessional. I was told it was a DoorDash issue and not them so they can’t do anything. I explained how it was through their website and not my personal DoorDash account. I was told to call them at 10am for the refund. About 5 or so minutes later I get a call back saying I’ll get the refund if I come over now to drop off the incorrect order I received. I cannot do that, it’s 20 mins away and 20 mins to come back. Not wasting over 40 mins, it was also a little past 10pm mind you. Plus I ordered delivery for a reason. Said I can’t do that and was told to bring it in at 10am or I cannot receive the refund. This is what Mcayla told me. Doesn’t make sense, never had that issue. Plus it’s nasty to being old or touched food, unsure what would happen. And I work at that time so it’s impossible for me. Ended up calling corporate who helped me with the situation.    Read moreI received the worst possible customer service today. I ordered delivery directly from the Wingstop website. I got a text with a photo attached saying my order was delivered. The picture showed a door that was NOT mine. I had no idea where my food was. The driver delivered to the wrong house. When I called about a possible refund and/or redelivery the lady told me I should just come and pickup my food. (I ordered delivery so that I wouldn't have to leave the house with my disabled toddler) Then the lady told me to just call DoorDash customer service. I didn't order through DoorDash so I didn't understand at first why I needed to call them. I quickly realized that Wingstop must use DoorDash to make their deliveries. Ok. No problem. So I ask the lady if she has the phone number for me to call and she hangs up on me. Not helpful AT ALL! When I finally reached a DoorDash representative they had to keep me on hold while they call the store on 3-way and only then was my information written down and I was told that somebody would be reaching out to me soon and that they would be "working" on a refund. But instead of just giving me three more wings…they manager said there were 10 wings in the box and accused me of lying 🤥 WHAT????? Wow, WIngstop! As quickly as I turned around and came back in good customer service would have apologized and just corrected my order! But instead you lost a customer for good! Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever received! Not to mention the overall lack luster performance from the whole team! No one greeted a single customer with a “hello” or “welcome” or “thank you” in the entire 20 minutes I was there. I never write reviews but this was so bad I had to sit in my car to post this. You (young manager/ shift leader) were given the opportunity to correct a simple mistake, but instead gave poor service and had an attitude when I respectfully asked for a refund!
