This McD is the worst, should be 0 stars. Let me start why this is the worst McD. Ordered my food through drive thru. The guy took my order repeated my order. Went to pay at first window. I moved up to the second window and looked at my receipt, it was missing my frozen coke. It was not on my order and I wasn't charged for it. I told the female Asian employee that I wasn't charged for the frozen coke and I would like to order one and pay for it. A few seconds pass, a female Black employee looks to be the manager comes to the window spoke with me with an attitude, "don't blame him, he is trying his best." Lady go check yourself because I never blamed him and don't come at me with an attitude. The Asian female employee's face was in shock with the way the manager was talking to me. After the comment the manager walks away. When the employee handed me my frozen coke, I handed her my credit card. Your management skills are poor, now let me tell you why. When I got home my kid's happy meal was missing extra fries and a toy. Stop with your attitude and focus on getting the orders right. Not one ounce of effort made to mix any drinks from drive thru customers who are driving to work and can’t be trying to finish mixing a drink properly. This is by far the most consistent bad drive-through service every morning. The Asian manager that runs the drive-through is extremely rude. Does not stop to listen and is always in a hurry because she’s a bad manager getting orders wrong. The iced coffees she serves have a separation of syrup at the bottom 2 inches of solid milk and ice and coffee on top. She doesn’t bother mixing it.
