Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Archbold

We generally prefer Mancinos but go to Marcos from time to time. The staff is never courteous or happy to be there.

The other night we waited about 40 minutes for our pizza when it was supposed to take 25 minutes. They did not offer any apologies while we waited, even though they ended up burning our pizza and making us wait even longer to remake it.

Then, when we finally got home, after over an hour of waiting, one was not fully cooked! My husband called and they offered a credit on our account with very little apology.

Update: We have been to Marco's several times since we had an issue. We have not had any further problems. Maybe a change of staff took place? Not sure.. but our experience has been much better so we are giving 3/5...

Placed my order before I left work for pickup. Got there and there was a car at the pickup window. I sat behind this car for almost ten minutes. In my experience when I have arrived to pickup my order before it'd ready I have been asked to pull forward if someone pulls up behind me. My co-workers and I order Marcos every friday. Whatever we order it's always on point and hot when delivered.
