McDonald's — Restaurant in Archbold

Ordered a big breakfast without pancakes and had to wait almost ten minutes because they ran out of scrambled eggs. Then when they finally brought my breakfast out it had pancakes. So I had them take it back and then they said it would be a while because they were out of scrambled eggs again! How the hell can you be out of scrambled eggs again, it's breakfast time!!! So as I'm sitting there watching my wife eat, still waiting, then again here comes my breakfast again with pancakes! So by now I'm irritated and get my money back. McDonald's has taken the FAST out of fast food! Not to mention the incompetence of both your manager and...

Reasonably good. I did at least get everything I ordered and it was all correct. Asked if I needed any sauce for two separate orders of nuggets, and then only gave me one BBQ.

Most recent visit: I pay for my order at the first window. The cashier was polite and efficient. Get to the second window and the kid opens it and simply says, "Stall one". I was confused, as I'd expected at least a greeting or something, so he points towards the parking spot and says, "one" like a command.

I know alot of negativity is posted about McDonald's but I would like to commend the staff/management at the Archbold store. We visit that store sometimes 5x in a week either for breakfast or lunch. Each item we have gotten this week has been perfect. Enough gravy on the biscuits, excellent tasting fries, nuggets & cheeseburger. Not sure what has changed, but it is definitely for the better. Perhaps other stores could use some training/advice from the Archbold facility. Keep up the great work Archbold!! You are...
