Archdale Subs — Restaurant in Archdale

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The amount of disrespect that I was treated with today has drastically changed my review. The 4 Star review that I gave before has now dropped down to 1 Star. Sometimes, the restaurant owner's wife has a little attitude but the one she had today, was huge. I honestly didn't believe her attitude could get any worse but clearly I was wrong. These are suppose to be Christian people but One would think that Christian people would treat their customers better than what I was treated today. I understand that people have bad days sometimes but she has attitude almost every time we eat there. My family and I have eaten at this restaurant since I was around 9 years old. My daughter has grown up eating at this restaurant. I can't speak for the rest of my family but today, they have lost two Life-long customers. If I treated the customers at my job the way she does, I'd be fired. One of the employees told me that she treats other people this way all the time, that it isn't just me and then she proceeded to apologize for her rude and snotty employer. What business owner's need to understand is that people DO NOT have to spend their hard earned money at their establishment. Wow, I thought with the good reviews it would be good. The cashier was rude, so rude, I did not even order fries or drinks, apparentlyI was to know everythingabout the menu. The above cashier menu is brief, so how dare I ask questions. She acted like I was a bother, took my card "hard" from my hand. She was not wearing her mask correctly either. Around your chin is not the place, made me wonder about how clean the place is. Then people kept coming in, no mask, and they obviously knew it was not a problem with the owners. They were greated nicely ( those seating and eating, I get, but coming in from the outside as a two groups did, well, obviously these owners and staff must think covid is a hoax. )Now, on to our food, to go, subs very small in size and meats. I had the Italian, no flavor and again, not much in it, barely a child's size. Blah. I won't be back, and I don't suggest anyone else new tries it. Food is great the staff is mostly ok the owner is a great guy but he has hired a cashier that honestly does a horrible job she messed up twice on my order after i corrected her she had a altitude with me the rest of my time ordering then she messed up on giving me my change plus had a smell of marijuana on he. since then i havent returned or when i do its between 2:30 and 3:30 when she has her break i thi k her name is ashly or Amanda not sure. I always get the steak and cheese with french fries its the best ive had if the staff was more friendly id b thier everyday ..
