I ordered chicken hibachi with fried rice and a salad with ginger dressing. The ginger dressing tasted like there was barbecue sauce in it. I’ve never seen a ginger dressing that was brown. Usually the ginger dressing for the salads or an orange color. The rice tasted old and there was no egg or vegetables in the rice like fried rice usually has. The amount of chicken was very little compared to chicken hibachi that I’ve ordered at any other location. There was no flavor to the food at all it tasted card off the grill almost as if it was burnt but it didn’t appear burnt. The server was so courteous and helpful and the food was every bit as good as what we have gotten at the big famous Japanese Hibachi restaurants. What we did not get is the show because the food is not cooked in front of you. We each had soup, salad, shrimp, vegetables, and then he had ribeye and I had scallops. We also each had a soft drink. I realize prices have gone up, but I wasn't expecting that. There is no menu available online that I saw, so I figured it would be $15-20. I had hibachi steak and shrimp.
