Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Arden Hills

I would have given this Domino’s store a 5 star rating, but based on the experience with my last order just couple of days ago, I am giving it 1-star! It was delivered in a horrible fashion! I ordered for a medium sized “build your own” pizza and 8 pcs of boneless chicken with hot kicker sauce (Mix n’ Match coupon). However, to my dismay, upon opening the boxes that were delivered to me, I saw that the kicker sauce cup was missing, but the sauce was spilled all over the chicken pieces. It’s a complete mess! Not sure if somebody opened it and tried to eat or if it was boxed in that way from the store itself! The pizza slices were also scattered inside the box and seemed like someone piled the diced tomatoes at one part of the pizza instead of properly cooking/preparing. Also the tomato dices were not at all fresh, rather seemed like boiled/mashed.

I had to call the store 4 times in order to have my complaint registered! And they said that all they can do is giving me a coupon for a free pizza on my next order. But in that case, even if I will place exactly the same order next time using Mix n’ Match, as per the store manager, I will get the pizza free, but not the chicken pieces. So basically they did not agree to compensate for the messy/damaged boneless chicken. At the end, I had to settle for the coupon they were offering as they were so rigid on their terms! They were referring to the company policy constraints, but at the same time I wonder if the company policy encourages them to deliver the food in such a way!

Ordered my pizza at 6:14 about thirty minutes later my tracker says my pizza is there but still no pizza. Waited another thirty minutes then called them. Said "oh yeah we just say the pizzas is there so our numbers look good. Its football night so the wait time is going to change. But dont worry it will be warm when it gets there." Asked how long it would take and they basically just said longer. Waited another hour then called back to just cancel order. Told them wanted to cancel my order because it has been over two hours.and the women Mykela said well my driver knocked and no one was there. (Yeah because the food was to be delivered to an AUTOZONE WHERE DID YOU KNOCK) I informed her that we were a business and both me and a co worker was definitely here. To which she responded but not responding and brushing over this fact. They she finally asked for our address to cancel order. Nothing but issues. Cooperate should shut this location down! I ordered a medium pizza and a stuffed cheese bread with 2 sides of marinara. It was delivery. Took 35 minutes to show up and I’m only about 2 miles from the store. I never got my marinara which I’m pretty sure I was charged for, when I waved the delivery driver down he just continued to drive away. My pizza was horribly soggy and all the toppings were in one small area rather than being spread evenly on the pizza. The cheese bread was fine, but isn’t as good without marinara. I tried to call the store and listened to automated voices for 20 minutes without an answer. I’m very angry.
